The location is strategic, behind the minimarket, the blankets and sleeping equipment are clean, the AC is cold. The downside, yesterday I brought 2 suitcases but no one helped me to the 2nd floor

Very close by to all the amazing malls great location , friendly staff but they really need to fix up the bed covers ..it will scare people away for nothing even if they were washed 😂.

Very nice room with modern and minimalist touch, the design are soo unique, even the hallway looks like an art gallery. They put some natures like stone, ponds, and trees in really nice places so it’s doesn’t feels boring and theres alot of open air, it’s a nice escape in jakarta. The breakfast was great as well! Not a big buffet one but, the have good varieties for western and asian food that we can choose from their menu, the server also really attentive and fast. Overall I love the hospitality by all the staff, from the security, front office, the cleaner and the server in the restaurant. Thumbs up for artotel!

I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.

In general the room and bathroom are clean. There are only a few stain spots on the carpet. The place is quite firm for spinal complaints like mine. Smart TV is a plus. Breakfast is ok but not spacious enough for a hotel with lots of rooms like that. The pool is also not wide enough. There is no garden to spoil your eyes

The location of the hotel is in blok M Mall, so fetching and dropping off from the hotel front door can be a bit confusing and not so easy. Calling Grab or e hailing cab is the best option. But the area is very strategic, in the middle of arrays of shopping complexes, both local and international brands, lots of convenient and hypermarket nearby, lots of places to grab great coffee (the coffee here is superb!), great choices for food, and nearby to MRT Blok M. The hotel itself is a new hotel, nice and sleek interior, though the room a bit small. Overall, we love staying here!

Aircon not cool enough .make me hard to sleep . Water pressure is big and nice . But not easy to access to hotel . u must enter the mall 1st floor and take the lift to lv8 to hotel lobby after that take another lift to the room at lv10 .nice view when u hv your breakfast . GGuest UserThe best thing of this hotel is that it is connected to the mall. And it's a huge mall so lots to see, eat and do. Rooms are the standard business rooms, nothing much to shout about. Service is as expected from any 5 star hotel. not extremely great. But we did feel the service of the lobby lounge crew was better than the reception staff. Also when we were checking out, we called for bell service but nobody piked up the call. We had to bring our luggage down to the lobby ourselves.

SSara ArdeliaThe Hotel was lovely enough and did so much beyond our expectation knowing that we picked the property to specially celebrate our daughter's birthday. We opted for the club room so my husband whose leg was also injured could just comfortably enjoy meals more easily and did not have to travel far. The lounge service was excellent and we truly enjoyed the experience. Though there was a slight delay regarding my daughter's surprise cake which they promised us before our arrival, the hotel compensated with complimentary late check out and even gave another surprise during breakfast while the band played and sang the birthday song. Lastly during check out, they even gave my daughter a teddy bear as well as a box of macarons. We will definitely pick Sheraton again should we want to have a staycation for our special occasion in town.

GGuest UserStayed in their most basic room with one king bed. The hotel has Japanese theme and feels into it. Checkin was fast, receptionist only let me enter the room after around 1pm / 2pm, while i came at 12pm, they gave me welcome drink voucher which is redeemable for orange juice at their resto / bar on 8th floor. The room is compact, but has everything in it such as small fridge, electric kettle, TV with international channel, very good aircon, slippers and etc. The bed is a bit soft to my preference, but still gave a very good sleep. Linen and blanket was clean. Bathroom is really similar to typical japanese hotel, with fullsize bathtub, heated toilet seat with all bidet buttons you usually find in Japan. amenities are complete. However, often the bathroom has foul smell. Breakfast Buffet was okay for its price, some breads, rice, noodle, stir fry chicken and etc. nothing taste extraordinary, but i do like the Japanese curry. i didnt get the chance to visit the onsen (the only hotel in Jakarta with Onsen perhaps?). overall i love the hotel as it offer good value, however they need to improve their sewage system and some corner need to be cleaned thoroughly.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby exuded an elegant ambiance with its modern decor and tasteful furnishings. The hotel's attention to detail was evident from the moment I stepped foot inside.
The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite the bustling city outside. MMichael FintanMet some Indonesian friends there for the weekend -tried to check in at 1.30pm but got a lecture from receptionist on check in time being 2pm-finally got 2 bed apartment after 2.30pm-so much for her lecture! Suite on high floor 3508? very nice-spacious and clean -kitchen fully equipped -bedding etc. very good-towels old and worn though -views great -tv stations great -tried to open the balcony but my Indonesian friends were told 250000 deposit -not sure what happened but balcony was never opened-resulted in when I used oven the fire alarm went off and security had to come anyhow. Breakfast great variety but quality so so -croissants were stale both days I had breakfast and some other food a bit dodgy ( omelettes cooked well in advance instead of to order) but restaurant was well ordered easy to get a table etc. Had issue last day where I as main key holder had to come down to sort issue with two extra breakfasts ( had not planned to have breakfast and my Indonesian friends had to wait at the door)-not sure why when reception had deposit -but was sorted out. That said all the staff we met were great -even the receptionist on check in and everyone really . Nice place overall -shopping mall across the street Plaza Semangi looks closed but there is a supermarket in the basement which is quite good -Pacific Place mall about 15 minutes walk across the footbridge on main road-but taxis easy to find and two small convenience stores in Hotel complex. Will I stay again -if my self yes -but my Indonesian friends were not impressed with being held at the restaurant door like criminals-even though issue was resolved left a bad taste in their mouths. We usually stay in city center NYE and this was atrial run-we will look elsewhere.
