Villa Nova Motel

My review is a bit different but I had booked a ground floor apartment through *********** but the requirements never reached the motel and when I arrived it was an upstairs apartment. The wonderful lady on the desk Maxine was so understanding and said I could check it out first . As they were 100% booked they couldn’t switch with any other rooms as they had all been checked into. I realized I wouldn’t be able to negotiate the flight of around 16 steps so she said she would be able to cancel the booking as long as *********** ok’d everything. After a few calls to them I was able to get a confirmation they would accept the cancellation without a fee and I was able to book somewhere else. A huge Ty to Maxine who put our well being over the booking and to me that rates Villa Nova above anywhere if I have to book again in Toowoomba. Once again amazing Lady!!!!

Lovely, large spacious living area with comfortable couch and large bedroom area. Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed! Great customer service. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Toowoomba.

Excellent accommodation, not like the normal motel room in size. Our room 20 was upstairs with a large combined kitchen, dining, lounge area, with adjacent king room equipped with a second TV. A laundry is located downstairs for Travellers to use which is a bonus. Allocated parking for each room, and a walkway connects to truly the Best Chinese restaurant next door! You will not be disappointed!

Carpets were stained badly, I was itchy the whole time I was there and something had crawled up my nose and stung me which made me wake up coughing and choking The water in the shower was too low to have a proper shower and the furniture was stained badly. Before realising how bad this room was I paid $175 for an extra night in case I was too tired to drive back to Brisbane but I texted thier mobile to say I had dropped the keys off at 0620am on the Sunday to say i would not be returning .. No refund has been offered for that night I took photos and sent them to our HR department and needless to say they will not be sending any of our employees there again

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment Positives - beds comfy and nice fluffy towels. Negatives - room seriously needs an update. Carpet stained and couch and living room furniture old and stained.Bathroom needs an update also. I think with a coat of paint, new carpet and some new furniture this place would have so much more potential. I don’t think we would stay again

Friendly staff, very accomodating. Clean and quiet rooms. Good amenities. Small desk and sofa. We have come multiple times and will be back. Right next to very good chinese restaurant, just use the walk way to it.

Place needs a good clean, 2 bedroom apartment was a good size and affordable however the mold, not only in shower but kitchen sink, on the pillow, closet. The dust and Unclean really put us off especially with kids wanting to sit on carpet to play cars
