Le Maitre

First time we've stayed at Le Maitre it was only for one night, but I would highly recommend it. Gary came out greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, carried our bags up to our room. Shirley was just as welcoming running us through breakfast and times available then showed us to our room. The room was spacious spotlessly clean with plenty of storage, well stocked hospitality tray and complimentary toiletries. Bed was so comfortable we had a great nights sleep. Shower was powerful, plenty of running hot water. Breakfast was absolutely delicious hot and really good produce used. There was plenty on offer cereal, fruit salad, fruit juice, full English breakfast, scrambled eggs 'n' smoked salmon, toast tea/coffee. The location is near to shops, bars, cafes, beach. Oh forgot to mentioned parking at the front of the B&B.

This b&b is excellent very clean and comfortable , the hosts shirley and gary are very friendly and welcoming , the breakfast is superb and the b&b is walking distance to everything you need would highly recommend this place to stay , and a little added bonus of shirleys freshly cooked cakes every evening will definetly be returning thankyou for a lovely stay

This is a really lovely and clean bed and breakfast, right in the heart of Southport and easy walking distance to all the amenities. Gary and Shirley are such friendly hosts and the breakfast is fantastic. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room and everything else that you would need for your stay. Highly recommend

Amazing hotel - I would highly recommend. The owners are amazing and cater to every need. The rooms are amazing and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are very good and I would recommend anyone staying here has it. It also very near to shops, pubs and cafes - so the spot is very good.

Gary and Shirley were excellent hosts. Shirley’s experience in hotel management really shows through with a perfect balance between hotel efficiency and B&B homeliness. We would highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

We stayed bed and breakfast here on a Saturday night, we loved it so much we decided to stay another night . The location was spot on close to shops bars and seafront. We stayed in room 6 which was very comfortable had everything you needed and we slept very well..the hosts Gary and Shirley were fantastic so friendly,chatty and brilliant hosts..I must give a special mention to the breakfast it was a definite 10/10 !! We. Look forward to returning later in the year

Just back from a lovely stay . The hosts go out of there way to make you feel comfortable, even carrying your luggage to room . Breakfast was fantastic. Beds were so comfy and cosy . Room was immaculate and warm . The hosts greeted you like part of there family .

Just got back from Le Maitre guest house, thanks to Gary and Shirley we had lovely time, nothing was too much trouble and thanks for the amazing breakfast, the room was really clean and spacious. Also great position for pubs and shops. Definitely going to stay again soon. Thanks again.

Just come back from the Easter weekend The place was lovely room. We stayed in room. 6 Very spacious Quiet had a lovely night sleep very clean . Gary and Shirley made you so welcome. As soon as you walked through the door they are amazing hosts. Breakfast 10 out to 10 so much choose from. Definitely Becoming back again thank you Gary & shirley from julia mick.
