The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel's facilities are excellent. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful. Getting around is super convenient too; it's just a few minutes' walk to Grindelwald station, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service to the train station.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, thanks to Dani and Linda. Dani gave us a very humorous introduction and provided all informations we should know about our stay. Next we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views from this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every room was clean and uniquely decorated with their heart (we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults). Breakfast was delicious with something special everyday not to mention the stunning view. Dani checks the weather in the morning and gave us great and helpful advise for us to plan our day. We also had a great time playing with Heidi their friendly fur baby! Will definitely stay here again!

Every moment here was absolutely wonderful! They were very accommodating with my requests, all the staff were friendly, and the room was quiet, clean, and had an incredible view. The breakfast was also well-prepared, compact, and tasted excellent. It's close to the First cable car, there's a supermarket right in front, and it's not far to walk from Grindelwald station. If I go again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel. For all the Koreans traveling to Switzerland, if you go to Grindelwald, definitely try staying at this hotel!

The room was small but clean. The hotel is right next to the train station exit, and there's a bus terminal directly in front. Just a short walk down the hill diagonally opposite the hotel leads to a hiking trail towards the scenic Grund station. The hotel provided a free bus ticket for one stop, and I took the 123 bus which offered the most beautiful views. The restaurant on the ground floor was very busy, and a thin elderly lady working there was very enthusiastic and nice. It was a bit noisy at night due to many people drinking and chatting downstairs. Sitting on the large terrace on the 5th floor in the evening, enjoying the mountain view, was very pleasant.

The view of the terrace is very, very beautiful and very satisfied. In addition, the service is very cold and polite to all. Dinner needs to be reserved and the taste is not bad. Breakfast is not bad, Swiss breakfast is generally monotonous. The location is very good, very close to the train station.

The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sunstar Hotel in Grindelwald. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Grindelwald and the surrounding areas. The views from the hotel are beautiful, especially the mountain scenery. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection, and enjoying the mountain views while eating breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. If I come back to Grindelwald in the future, I would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a charming, vintage feel. Even though Wengen is nestled in the mountains, the views are truly stunning – snow-capped peaks and the 'dreamy hillside' are right before your eyes! We booked two rooms: the garden suite was exquisitely decorated (a shame it didn't have a balcony, as it was a duplex top-floor attic), and the balcony room offered delightful views from its balcony. Both had their own unique charm.

I'd give it a 9 out of 10. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, about a ten-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof. It's a bit far from the town center, so dining and shopping require a 15-20 minute walk. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the breakfast spread is quite good. If I visit Interlaken again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

This is an excellent apartment hotel for a family vacation. The rooms are very spacious, easily accommodating four people, and the kitchen facilities are fully equipped with everything from cookware, tableware, and glassware to a dishwasher and refrigerator. The hotel boasts a fantastic location directly opposite a large green lawn, offering a great view of paragliding performances while you enjoy breakfast. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to both Interlaken Ost and West stations, and there's also a direct bus to the train station right outside. Breakfast was decent, with all the essentials, though the fruit selection was a bit limited. The breakfast service only starts at 7:30 AM, which feels a little late.
