Dongguan Spa Hotels

The hotel is beautiful! And so clean. When we first arrived we were taken aback by how beautiful the hotel was from the outside. Complimentary refreshments in the hotel and a fruit basket with also a tray of goodies like facemasks was a nice touch to our first impressions. The rooms are so comfy and specious and the hotel is new. I honestly couldn't fault anything in this hotel I just wish we could stay longer!! Swimming pool outside , 4 restaurants to choose from which seemed very busy by guests and people outside from the hotel Thanks for making our stay so special! We had to extend our stay because we loved it so much. If you're ever visiting China I beg you chose this hotel! It's worth every penny. Laundry room on the 4th floor aswell as the tea room. We had to leave our washing as we wanted to head out. When we arrived back the kind lady who worked there folded all our clothes for us and placed them in a bag for us to return! There is also a coffee shop at the main reception open during daytime hours I loved this hotel and we have afternoon tea to enjoy tomorrow. Thank you to the team inside DG wanjaing me hood elegant hotel! They're an asset to this hotel. So thoughtful and kind. Exactly what you want if you're a tourist!

It’s a good hotel. Brand new, luxurious, nice facilities. The room itself was very nicely designed and comfortable. Only thing that needs improvement is the air quality of the rooms. They don’t enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Which is fine, but they also don’t have an air purifier. So if you have asthma or breathing problems that may be an issue. I already informed the manager and hope they take the necessary steps to purchase some air purifiers as they are only about 750 Yuan. I hope to return in the future and if I see them having some air purifiers on board that could take their rating to a 5/5 in the future. The Tangxia Sanzhen Banshan Hot Spring Hotel in Dongguan was truly a delightful trip! The hotel environment is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, and the air is fresh. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight was definitely the hot spring water park; the facilities are comprehensive, and the water quality is crystal clear. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, as if washing away all fatigue. The children had a blast in the water park, while the adults enjoyed the tranquil hot springs. The dining options were extensive and delicious. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and joyful, perfect for both family outings and gatherings with friends. This place allows you to unwind, fills you with happiness, and is highly recommended!

Right before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. The hotel itself has a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and there are many facilities for kids to play with. I'd recommend it for families.

The hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise. One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them. The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day. Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room. Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later. Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

The Songshan Lake Hotel in Dongguan has an amazing location! The hotel is surrounded by Songshan Lake, and as soon as you open the window, there's a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the pavilions and towers in the distance, and the beautiful lake scenery. The hotel's interior decoration is still relatively new, and the overall architecture has a traditional style. It's truly massive; it takes several minutes to walk from the front desk to the room. A big thank you to Herbert, who helped us with check-in! Norton from the breakfast department was also very enthusiastic in explaining the breakfast options. The hotel itself is excellent, my only minor quibble is that the front desk area feels a bit too small. For such a large five-star hotel, the entire front desk workspace seems a bit cramped and lacking in grandeur. If there are future renovation plans, I highly recommend making the front desk much more spacious and impressive. Thank you for taking care of me and my Indian colleague during our stay. A great hotel! It was fate that the Junlan Hotel, where I'd stayed before, didn't have single rooms available, so I ended up staying at this hotel much later. Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was surprisingly good. Transportation, dining, and everything else are all very conveniently located here! The breakfast was also very filling! I highly recommend staying here again!

The management is very accommodating, and the air quality is excellent. The service attitude is lovely. In the evenings, after dinner, you can take a pleasant stroll around the hotel, which is very relaxing. It's an ideal environment for both leisure travel and business trips.

出差來東莞常平，網上比對了常平南站附近的酒店，就這家錦泰酒店吸引了我。 1，地址位置:離常平南站超級近，直線距離600米，走路10分鐘，酒店旁邊就是商場，購買吃的、用的超級方便。 2，服務態度:前台小姐姐服務超好！！前台小姐姐服務超好！！重要的事情説2遍！笑臉相迎，主動詢問客人的偏好，提醒各類注意事項……很貼心！很細心！很暖心！ 3，房間環境:主要還是房間好，這樣的價位預訂到大床房，個人感覺很不錯了哈！木質地板（看拍照），大床，隔音效果好，舒服便捷，洗漱用品一應俱全。 4，免費自助餐:菜類多，而且色香味都很好，很有食慾，乾淨整潔，特意拍了自助餐廳照片，一頓下來估計也有30-50多元吧，關鍵是自助餐啊！免費！！免費！！隨便吃！味道很不錯！！ 美中不足的一點:離開酒店時前台換成了帥哥，那個好看的小姐姐沒看到……小遺憾，哈哈😃 總結:整體感覺，很值得推薦！環境好！服務好！位置好！性價比高！

For the price, it’s decent with a simple Chinese style buffet breakfast. Would have been nice if the pool was also opened.
