Dongguan Spa Hotels

The room was spacious and new. We even received gifts upon check-in and check-out. The breakfast was exceptional, especially since it came directly from the tea house next door – a truly unique touch with top-notch quality. Excellent value for money. Next time I'm in Dongguan to watch IMAX GT, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

This time, my boyfriend and I celebrated Chinese Valentine's Day at Banyan Tree Songshan Lake, and the overall experience was fantastic. The front desk staff, Lina, had an excellent service attitude and a sweet smile. She proactively added me on WeChat and sent me check-in details, saying I could contact her for any needs. Her responses were prompt, thoughtful, and thorough throughout our stay. The room facilities were quite new and very comfortable. The plunge pool had good water pressure, filled up quickly, and the temperature was perfect. A soak in the evening was very relaxing. For dinner, we had Southeast Asian cuisine at the hotel's Mi Yan restaurant. We hadn't made a reservation, and seating was tight that evening, but Huihui and another staff member (I don't quite remember her name, perhaps Tingting or Lingling) from the restaurant were very proactive in helping us find a table. They even specially decorated it, which made for a perfect dinner. The dishes were delicious, with no disappointments. Overall, we were very satisfied with the meal. Our entire stay was excellent, with meticulous service details. We'll definitely come again.

I'll definitely stay here again next time! It's very new and fancy, and the rooms are quite comfortable. For just over 200, you get 4-star facilities – such great value for money! There are plenty of parking spaces, even with canopies. The service is also excellent. The only tiny flaw was that the cherry tomatoes at breakfast weren't washed properly, otherwise it was absolutely perfect! Oh, and there's a trendy cafe in the courtyard – apparently, it's the most fashionable spot in Chashan Town, haha! Next door is Chashan Park, where there's square dancing and karaoke until about 10 PM. I'm not sensitive to noise, so I found it tolerable, but my travel companion thought it was too loud.

The hotel environment was comfortable, and the front desk upgraded my room to one with a beautiful lake view at night. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM on Sunday, but it was so crowded that we had to wait until past 2 PM to even queue for check-in. My elderly companions had to wait for a long time during their usual nap time and sat on the sofa for ages. We didn't get checked in until after 3 PM. I hope the hotel can staff up on holidays to improve efficiency. It's a shame that some facilities at the water park were closed for maintenance, leaving only attractions for younger children. Perhaps because it was fully booked the day before (Saturday) and there were so many visitors, some of the hot spring pools felt quite dirty and the water was a bit murky when we went to the water world on Sunday. However, the water quality was cleaner on Monday morning. Hygiene definitely needs improvement.

The hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise. One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them. The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day. Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room. Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later. Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

The management is very accommodating, and the air quality is excellent. The service attitude is lovely. In the evenings, after dinner, you can take a pleasant stroll around the hotel, which is very relaxing. It's an ideal environment for both leisure travel and business trips.

Right before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. The hotel itself has a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and there are many facilities for kids to play with. I'd recommend it for families.

I have stayed here several times. The environment is very clean. There are many restaurants nearby, including breakfast and late night snacks, and shopping is convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. I found several hotels nearby and they were quite expensive. This one is relatively affordable. I thought the environment would be bad, but it still exceeded my expectations.

For the price, it’s decent with a simple Chinese style buffet breakfast. Would have been nice if the pool was also opened.

A great hotel! It was fate that the Junlan Hotel, where I'd stayed before, didn't have single rooms available, so I ended up staying at this hotel much later. Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was surprisingly good. Transportation, dining, and everything else are all very conveniently located here! The breakfast was also very filling! I highly recommend staying here again!
