The Serta mattress really lives up to its reputation; the support it provides is noticeably different from regular hotel mattresses. I woke up the next day without any back or neck pain. The pillows were just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the duvet wasn't stuffy, so my sleep quality was exceptional. This is definitely why I choose international brands.

The hotel facilities are pretty standard. What's very unique is that the room has a private hot spring bath. It's very comfortable to take a bath in the room. It has a strong sense of privacy. The private parking space is just below the room and can be reached directly from the room, which is very convenient. The hotel is equipped with a private butler. Xiao Wei's service during the stay was very good. To be honest, no matter where you stay when you go out, it’s the same. The main thing is that the service can make people feel attentive and the detailed service can reflect the hotel’s business philosophy and service quality. The experience is very good. The room is clean, the customer service attitude is good, the carpet children like it, the toilet is a smart toilet, the customer service recommends food, excellent, there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient to travel, breakfast until 12 o'clock, you can eat breakfast and lunch together. Recommended Provincial Museum, closed on Monday, Qianlingshan Park went on weekends, crowded people, avoid weekends, should be able to climb, prepare a pair of iron feet, Guiyang small tofu is super delicious, tofu lovers super recommended.

Poolside room type. This is my second stay, the first being in 2019. I feel like the trees are much lusher now, and the surrounding environment is also better than before. The Chinese restaurant and the all-day dining options are both good, and the service is prompt. The room maintenance is also decent, though the lighting is a bit dim and takes some getting used to. The breakfast could be a bit more meticulous with cleanliness. I will definitely come back; it's so cool and comfortable in the summer, a fantastic place.

Environment: Although the mountain climbing is a bit tiring, it is worth it when you reach the top! The weather was very good, and the housekeeper upgraded our room for free after we arrived. The balcony view of the mountain room is great. Service: Every staff member in the B&B is very enthusiastic and makes people feel very comfortable. The dinner is large and delicious. Facilities: It is recommended to add more recreational facilities or entertainment projects on the top of the mountain. This is a B&B that I want to visit for the second time.

The hygiene was good, and the surrounding environment was also very nice, quiet, and suitable for relaxation. The two private hot springs were also good; the water temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius when filled with hot water. The public swimming pool wasn't far either, just down a slope. If you're driving, it's a short drive to the room. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. I'd definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time. The only downside was that there was a window next to the room door, and it was easy to bump your head while going up the stairs with it open, which hurt quite a bit.

The front desk service lady is enthusiastic and introduces tourist attractions, subway and bus rides. The hotel room and bathroom are clean and hygienic. The laundry room is on the 5th floor. It is thoughtful for guests to wash and dry clothes. The business district and snacks downstairs are very convenient. Next time I come to Guiyang, ㄧ I will definitely stay again. It is recommended!

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

We were given a room with a balcony. There is a small park outside the door, which is very comfortable. If there are any shortcomings, firstly, the shower in the bathroom is broken and you can only use the showerhead on the top to discharge water. Secondly, if you go late for breakfast, you will basically only have powder.
