A very cost-effective hotel with very good service attitude. The room is clean and tidy. Although the space is not large, the layout is reasonable. The facilities are also relatively complete. The variety and quality of breakfast are also good. It is really great.

Staying at this hotel during my trip was an unexpectedly great experience overall. The room was spotlessly clean, and there were no strange odors when I walked in. The bed was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It was also very quiet at night, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. The front desk staff were very friendly and processed everything quickly. For the price, this place is really good value.

The hotel facilities are pretty standard. What's very unique is that the room has a private hot spring bath. It's very comfortable to take a bath in the room. It has a strong sense of privacy. The private parking space is just below the room and can be reached directly from the room, which is very convenient. The hotel is equipped with a private butler. Xiao Wei's service during the stay was very good. To be honest, no matter where you stay when you go out, it’s the same. The main thing is that the service can make people feel attentive and the detailed service can reflect the hotel’s business philosophy and service quality. The experience is very good. It is really good to go back to the hotel not far from the subway after a day of shopping. The customer service ladies were very gentle and unexpectedly upgraded the room. The room was large, large projection, and the health was good. The key bed was wider and suitable for parents or families. The room is very quiet near the residential area and the living is very comfortable. I went to Qianling Mountain in the morning of the day of departure. Because there were too many people in the summer vacation, I delayed the check-out time. The customer service lady was warm and comforted and didn't worry about helping to check out at 1 o'clock. Although the breakfast is small, the taste is quite good, and the soup powder is delicious. Interestingly, there is a small second-hand market on the roadside at night, and the different aspects of the city are seen in more three-dimensional terms. The overall experience is very good. During the summer vacation, the central area has a serious premium price. This location is very cost-effective.

A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise. This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

The rooms are spacious and bright, with first-class facilities, making people feel comfortable. The service team is professional and enthusiastic, meticulous, and makes people feel warm. The food is rich and varied, and the taste buds enjoy a feast. Highly recommended to travelers who pursue the perfect combination of nature and luxury!

The hygiene was good, and the surrounding environment was also very nice, quiet, and suitable for relaxation. The two private hot springs were also good; the water temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius when filled with hot water. The public swimming pool wasn't far either, just down a slope. If you're driving, it's a short drive to the room. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. I'd definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time. The only downside was that there was a window next to the room door, and it was easy to bump your head while going up the stairs with it open, which hurt quite a bit.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, providing information about tourist attractions and subway/bus stops. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were clean and hygienic, and the laundry room on the 5th floor was thoughtfully designed for guests' laundry needs. The shopping area and restaurants downstairs are very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
