GGuest UserI stayed at James Cook for 2 weeks. The staff were very helpful and understanding. They did the very best to make our stay comfortable. I found the bathroom facilities unacceptable. No shelves for the toiletries when in shower, had to place everything on the floor. When showering the water flowed to the whole bathroom and made it into a swimming pool. Had to ask for thick towels to block water and not make the room wet. there was no security lock for safe keeping.

FFarkas AdalbertoWe stayed one day in Suva and found it to be a good choice. It wasn't very comfortable, but the staff was attentive, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a bit far from the center for walking. It worked out well.

AAnonymous UserLocation perfect 👍👍👍. The renovations have really given the place a nice face lift. Great service. Sure everyone shares an iron that resides in reception , and the stairs needs delicate mindful manoeuvring , but for the price , it was the perfect new years stake out spot ❤️
