Choosing the Donghai Yuehua Hotel for my Quanzhou trip was an excellent decision; the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. It's perfectly suited for both business travelers and families, with every detail leaving a deep impression, from the hardware facilities and thoughtful service to the pristine environment and unique dining options. First, let's talk about the hotel facilities. The hotel hasn't been open for long, so all the equipment is brand new and well-maintained. The overall design incorporates marine elements, giving it a light luxury and elegant feel. I stayed in a sea-view room with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking Quanzhou Bay. I could wake up and watch the sunrise over the sea from my bed, and in the evening, gaze at the sunset over the cross-sea bridge – the view is truly irreplaceable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is fully equipped. The bedding is soft and thick, and the sound insulation is excellent, ensuring a particularly peaceful and stable night's sleep. The public areas are also well-equipped, with a well-appointed gym and pool to meet leisure needs. There are charging piles on the second basement level, and the hotel is very close to Xunpu Village and the Donghai business district, making transportation incredibly convenient. Service is undoubtedly this hotel's biggest plus point. The staff were professional and enthusiastic throughout, without being overly formal, showing thoughtfulness at every turn. Check-in was very efficient, and the front desk staff proactively provided a local travel guide and kindly informed me of routes to places like Zanhuawei and the old streets. Housekeeping was meticulous and attentive; returning to the room in the evening, I found a foot soak amenity ready to relieve travel fatigue. Any request made to the front desk was met with an incredibly fast response. For guests with children, they offer free bed rails and children's toiletries, as well as a sightseeing bus shuttle service. From reception to departure, the service was attentive throughout, truly making me feel at home. The hygiene standards are impeccable, making it a standout among hotels in its category that I've stayed at. The lobby and corridors are cleaned regularly every day, free of odors and dust. The guest room floors, corner crevices, shower glass, and mirrors were all wiped spotless. There were no water stains on the washbasin, and the bedding was changed daily, appearing neat and fluffy. The pool and gym undergo regular disinfection cycles, and the restrooms are free of mold and odors. Every corner reflects the dedication of the cleaning staff, allowing for a comfortable and worry-free stay. The dining experience was equally impressive. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. The Western section has an abundance of baked goods, freshly made omelets, and freshly squeezed juices. The Chinese section features authentic Southern Fujian snacks like handmade Mianxian paste, spring rolls (Runbing), and peanut soup, all made fresh daily, capturing the local flavor. The cafe has a comfortable environment, and coffee can be packed for takeaway. The Chinese restaurant specializes in exquisite Cantonese and Fujian cuisine, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. You don't need to specifically visit street stalls to sample Quanzhou's specialties; there are ample choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, the hotel boasts a prime location with sea views, high-end and comprehensive facilities, rigorous and meticulous hygiene, gentle and thoughtful service, and dining that offers both aesthetic appeal and delicious flavors. It perfectly balances relaxation and business needs. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with the whole family, it's an ideal choice. The entire stay was comfortable and rejuvenating, making it my top pick for lodging in Quanzhou. I will definitely choose to stay at Donghai Yuehua again on my next visit to Quanzhou.

The doorman proactively helped with our luggage and was very polite. The front desk kindly upgraded our room during check-in. The dining service, in particular, was excellent! The hotel's dishes were a pleasant surprise. The spicy garlic octopus was fresh and crispy, the green island radish rice was fragrant and delicious, the scallion buns were delicate and melted in the mouth, the braised pigeon was crispy but not greasy, and the stewed pork with conch slices literally melted in your mouth with a wonderfully fresh soup. The cold vermicelli salad was a great palate cleanser. My wife and I were very satisfied with all these dishes.

A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

Booked this hotel and contacted the front desk upon arrival, and they arranged a car for me. No need to worry about airport transfers either, as it's a direct ten-minute drive to the airport, making early morning flights stress-free. The hotel is also very new, with brand-new facilities. I personally found the lobby design very sophisticated, creating a great atmosphere. The room was spacious, and I noticed no strange odors upon entering. The high-low pillows were a thoughtful touch. The entire room features smart voice control, paired with a smart toilet. The water pressure was excellent, making showers incredibly comfortable. Even with an early morning flight, I still managed to have breakfast, and the selection was plentiful. The front desk staff were also very welcoming; they smiled as soon as I walked in, which was lovely (๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ. I think this place offers incredible value for money, especially at this price point. If you like it, give it a try.

I chose this hotel for my business trip and wow, it was such great value! The room was very soundproof, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable; I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of hot food, juices, and desserts – I left feeling completely satisfied. I especially want to commend Sivan at the front desk. There was a slight issue with my room type during check-in, and she quickly helped me switch rooms. She had an excellent attitude throughout and didn't make me wait long at all. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for long business trips.

The bus station is at the entrance of the hotel, the station name: Qiyi Road Station. You can go to Jinjiang Second Sports Center by taking Z6, which is the last bus at more than 18:00. It is also very convenient to take the bus to the station.

Amazing hotel, over looking the shijing river. looking towards the Temple on the hill side. The location is ideal for me to visit business in Shijing. The food service, assistance of the staff on reception & the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. I am also very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. Overall, it is a great hotel for the price. The room is very spacious and clean inside. Good location, good view, very large room (I booked a 2-level room with 99 square metres on a high floor), good room rate, breakfast quite good, except I don't like to take a shower inside a bath tub which had blockage. Overall, it is very good.

Pros: unexpected clean and comes with big room. Hot water and pressure was good and instant. Room service was good. Excellent service by 小阳 who went beyond her duty to assist with enquires. Location is near new Hight speed train station east station. Cons: unfortunately, smoking is allowed which is detrimental. Smoke will sip through the room door. Will choose other newer non smoking hotel if available.

Family room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom has all marble features. Bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast. Very attentive service.
