Rugao Spa Hotels

It was my first time to visit Rugao. After repeated comparisons on the platform, I finally chose Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. I stayed for four nights and had a very good experience! Very satisfied! The hotel lobby is tall and classy, ​​the service staff is warm and polite, and the first impression is excellent. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room on a high floor for free. The room is large, spacious and bright. There is a double sofa and a small bar. The bathroom is super large, with a large bathtub and dry and wet separation. The bedding and bedding are extremely comfortable and help you sleep well. Happy fruit and yogurt are provided. The breakfast is very rich and distinctive. There are many traditional Rugao delicacies: oil residue/skim meat, tea dried, crackers, non-legacy Dongtang, fish soup noodles, panshui noodles, Huoxiang dumplings, cornmeal porridge, etc. The Huaiyang Fubao soft pocket in the Chinese restaurant is delicious and has a large portion. The waitress is very nice and sincerely considerate of the guests. On the first day, because there were a lot of leftovers from lunch, I wanted to take the tableware to the guest room to eat at night. The waiter met our requirements and sealed it with plastic wrap and helped to deliver it to the guest room on the 16th floor with a cart. I was really touched and touched. I give a thumbs up and thank you again! We were treated to an extended check-out time of 2pm, which was really heartwarming. The beauties at the front desk greeted us with a smile every day and took the initiative to help press the elevator. The cleaning lady worked diligently and meticulously, and responded to every request. The uncle at the door took the initiative to hold an umbrella for us and load our luggage on rainy days. The biggest satisfaction of our 5-day and 4-night stay was that the service was very good! This is the highlight and the feature. Details determine the height! The hotel is very new. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and the hotel is located very close to restaurants and a big shopping mall. Zoya Zhang, Tina Qian, and Hailey Xing were absolutely amazing with the checkout experience and in general during my whole stay custom service was absolutely phenomenal! I would definitely come back to stay again!

Quite a good experience. The only downside is that there is no breakfast.
