"An absolutely delightful stay, and I have to give a special shout-out to Alina at the front desk! I chose this hotel for my trip, and the overall experience was fantastic, a perfect score. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. What truly left a lasting impression was Alina, the front desk staff member. Her gentle and considerate service just melted away all my travel fatigue. I arrived during rush hour, and traffic was terrible, so I was almost an hour late for my scheduled check-in. I was really worried about my reservation the whole way. Once I got to the hotel, I quickly explained the situation to the front desk. Alina was all smiles, incredibly gentle, and patiently reassured me not to rush, saying that she had already kept my room reserved. She meticulously confirmed my details and promptly completed the check-in process without any perfunctory gestures. Learning it was my first time staying there, Alina proactively and thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel's various facilities, detailing breakfast hours, elevator locations, and even the entry/exit routes for the parking lot. Considering I had luggage, she specifically arranged a quiet room away from the street, which showed such great attention to detail and was incredibly heartwarming. Beyond the superb service, the hotel's overall quality was also top-notch. The lobby was clean and elegant, with a subtle, healing fragrance. The environment was tidy and comfortable. The guest room was spacious and airy with excellent natural light. The bed was soft and clean, the duvet fluffy and odor-free, and the toiletries were comprehensive and hygienic. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was also very well done. The room's Wi-Fi was fast and consistent, perfect for relaxing with a show or working. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, desserts, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors authentic. Hot dishes were kept warm, catering to different tastes. The public areas and hallways were spotlessly clean, and the parking lot had ample spaces, making it very convenient for parking and getting around. Throughout my entire stay, everything was impeccable, from the hardware facilities and environmental hygiene to the staff's service attitude. I especially want to thank Alina for her genuine, professional, and warm service, which made me feel so welcome. The next time I travel to this area, this hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers."
