Took my kids to Suzhou Tongli Lake Hotel for a weekend stay. Their logo is a hoopoe bird, and the experience exceeded our expectations! The room was new, spotless, and thoughtfully detailed, making our stay incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The family-friendly facilities were fantastic: outdoors, you can feed bunnies, and the kids' play area was clean and safe – my child didn't want to leave! The heated pool had crystal-clear water, perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy. The buffet offered fresh, diverse, and delicious food with plenty of choices. On Sunday morning, we did a travel photoshoot in the Suzhou-style garden right next to the hotel. With its white walls, dark-tiled roofs, winding corridors, and ornate windows, every step offered a picturesque scene. It's a wonderful family-friendly hotel with a serene environment and attentive service!

Choosing this hotel for our Suzhou vacation was definitely a no-brainer! It blends Italian light luxury with traditional Suzhou gardens, with every step in the courtyard revealing a new beautiful scene, creating an amazing atmosphere. Jinji Lake is right outside, and it's super convenient to get to Suzhou Center. The room is very spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It's fully equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and quality toiletries. I have to specially praise our butlers, Shaoyao and Shiliu! They proactively reached out before check-in, and during our stay, any questions we had were answered instantly. Their response to our needs was incredibly fast. They thoughtfully informed us about all the hotel benefits and offered recommendations for local attractions. Their service felt genuine, full of thoughtful details, and truly heartwarming. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the noodles at the Su Mian Fang were very authentic. The hotel also provides complimentary snacks and ice cream. Strolling through the gardens in the evening was particularly pleasant. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience, and it's a hotel I would definitely book again.

I called ahead to discuss room preferences. The environment is beautiful, full of greenery, and I instantly felt relaxed upon entering. The lobby staff greeted me proactively, and there's plenty of parking near the Riverside building. The portions at the Lakeview restaurant were large, but the taste was just average. It's a shame the speedboat wasn't available.

This guesthouse is nestled in an alley off Pingjiang Road, offering excellent accessibility. It's close to bus and subway stations, as well as the Humble Administrator's Garden, with plenty of restaurants nearby. You'll often see young women in elaborate makeup taking photos in the vicinity, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, dining, and sightseeing. Despite its small size, the guesthouse boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's well-equipped with amenities, including laundry and drying facilities, and even offers tea and pastry service. The young staff members I encountered were all exceptionally friendly, providing attentive and thoughtful service. Upon check-in, they proactively offered local travel tips, which was a huge plus. When I bought a beautiful bunch of lotuses during my sightseeing, a staff member even found a vase for them. I booked a twin room, which was spacious, clean, and dry. It was equipped with a dehumidifier, perfect for the Jiangnan climate. My stay far exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Suzhou.

Traveling with family, we stayed at a hotel near the North High-Speed Rail Station. The transportation was very convenient, and the room was spacious with soft bedding. The cleanliness was excellent. The staff were thoughtful and proactively arranged a quiet room on a high floor for us. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which made traveling with elderly and children very easy. The hotel environment was quiet, and everyone in the family slept well. It's a highly recommended place to stay.

Had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night trip with my good friends and their families. Regarding service: Our butler, Cindy, was always online and ready to help. The engineering uncle braved the heavy rain to set up the projector for the kids and greeted us warmly the next day. Xu Chenhao from the activities department was a warm and engaging young man, teaching us kayaking techniques, sharing the resort's development story, and taking beautiful photos for every family. The children's club staff were also very welcoming, inviting us to try out various fitness equipment. Regarding cleanliness: Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Regarding dining: The Chinese restaurant was quite good. However, breakfast was a bit mediocre with limited options. By 10 AM, they almost stopped restocking food. Suggestion: Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms, but then told the third room was locked, effectively making it no upgrade at all. They only reluctantly opened it after we complained. I suggest training the front desk staff on what a room upgrade actually means. It might have been better not to offer an upgrade at all if they weren't clear on it.

Traveling with a friend and our little ones, our stay at the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel's overall environment is delightful, with excellent greenery that makes strolling around very pleasant. All facilities are well-maintained, and the parent-child amenities are comprehensive, ensuring both adults and children can find enjoyment. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, offering a good rest experience. Yvette from Guest Relations left a lasting impression with her warm and thoughtful service, and her professional and meticulous approach. Traveling with children requires a lot of attention to detail, and she handled every issue impeccably, providing thoughtful reminders for various matters, making us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. This trip with our kids was very fulfilling, and it was a wonderful check-in experience.

This is my fourth time staying at the Taicang Karuizawa Onsen Hotel, and I'm still extremely satisfied. This time, I came for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday with my mom, husband, and son. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the rooms are serene, well-equipped, and have a quality feel. The hygiene has always been excellent, making for a very reassuring stay. My favorite part is still the hot springs – warm, comfortable, and very authentic. For me, the cleanliness of the hot spring area is particularly important, and Karuizawa consistently meets expectations in this regard. Each soak leaves me feeling relaxed both physically and mentally, making it perfect for a short holiday getaway. The hotel's surroundings are also ideal for a vacation. It's about a 15-minute drive to Shaxi Ancient Town, which has lots of delicious food. Nearby is JinCang Lake Park, with its excellent ecological environment, perfect for a family stroll and relaxation. We drove from Shanghai, which took about an hour and a half, so the transportation is very convenient. That's why for the past two years, whenever a holiday comes around, we think of staying here for a few days. During this stay, the hotel service also felt very warm. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, and the restaurant service was especially attentive, proactively caring for and asking about our needs. When they learned my mom had a sensitive stomach, they even specially added plain congee, which was truly thoughtful. Because we've stayed multiple times over the past two years, the hotel even offered a complimentary private hot spring this time, making us feel their full sincerity and a truly welcoming atmosphere. In short, the Karuizawa Onsen Hotel has become our family's go-to for short holiday getaways. Everything from the rooms, hot springs, hygiene, and service to the surrounding environment leaves us very satisfied. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance in the second half of the year.

Banyan Tree Suzhou Shishan is the perfect resort for a family vacation with kids! The private hot spring in the courtyard was amazing – the water was clean, and it felt very private. We had a blast. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied, with a semi-buffet style that ensured everything looked great and was fresh. They even included local Suzhou specialties, and the drink selection was extensive and visually appealing. The resort grounds are tranquil and elegant. Alice and all the staff were very attentive. Overall, our stay was a perfect 10, and I highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

The pool and playground are fantastic! It's perfect for families with kids – you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel, giving parents a well-deserved break. The beds are super spacious too! A special shout-out to Zhu Zhenyuan; I needed iodine late at night and it was brought to me immediately, along with several bottles of water. Much appreciated!
