GGuest UserEl servicio fue excelente, las instalaciones muy buenas. Se hecho de menos zumo de naranja natural en los desayunos y jamon serrano en las cenas, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas joia.
Pero en general muy bien, tienen varios detalles como bombones, licor......

GGuest UserThe issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)

GGuest UserI chose a semi-sea view room, and the front desk chose the corner for me. I looked from the balcony and found that many rooms were not fully occupied, and the kettle was dirty and full of ants.
However, it is very suitable for a family trip, with a children's swimming pool, breakfast and dinner are very delicious, the restaurant has two restaurants inside and outside, and the afternoon tea area next to the swimming pool is also very good. Overall, it is very good.

The service was very good. I left my camera outside the restaurant. I asked the restaurant staff for it but they refused to give it to me. Later I asked the handsome guy with back hair who was in charge of guest relation about the process of calling the police. He first helped me call the restaurant staff to ask for it. After he communicated with the restaurant, they still said they didn’t have it. Then he told me the detailed process of calling the police. Because I was leaving the next day, he said I could fill in the hotel’s phone number and address when calling the police. They could handle some problems and also copy all employees to pay attention to this matter. Finally, the camera was successfully found.
There are many restaurants in the hotel, and all the ones I have eaten are good.
The view is very good.
It’s just that the lobby floor and elevator door show some signs of age.

IIsobelLovely hotel big and spacious. Breakfast really tasty and all round very clean. Staff provided fizz, sweets and nuts on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Not much atmosphere and no entertainment at night. Very good location with lot’s of bars and restaurants nearby. Would book again.
