Outstanding
TTongWe spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home.
The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression.
The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings.
Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy.
The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm.
One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food.
Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.
GGuest UserThe design of the room is mainly white stone and glass. The lines are simple and have a certain design sense. It is a highlight, but it is not particularly practical. All glass doors are used in the room. The switch and entry and exit must be more careful. The windows are particularly poorly soundproofed and every car passing by can be heard at night. Breakfast is more expensive and not eaten at the hotel. The hotel has a small yard, which is more comfortable, but because of the rain these days, I have not seen more. The location of the hotel is more convenient, and it can be reached within 30 minutes on foot to the main church and the Alhambra. Overall, the price is not too high.
MM426021****The view of the hotel room is not bad, the breakfast is also very rich, but a girl at the front desk is very unskilled, and there is no politeness, no greetings and goodbye, no introduction, the whole process is cold like a government staff, it is recommended to strengthen staff training, After all, customers enter, the first one to face is the front desk
GGuest UserAdvantages: The front desk was very warm, the strike on the day led to 00:30, the front desk was still very warm to receive us; not far from the train station, the cleaning was very clean.
Disadvantages: The room is small, the layout is not reasonable, the facilities are old, and there are not many places to eat around.
GGUODONGBath and toilet are separated from wet and dry, with heating and Yuba. The underwear that was washed the night before was done the next morning. The hotel has a small exterior but the room is spacious enough. It is convenient to eat, shop and buy desserts around. It is a 26-minute walk from the Alhambra and a 11-minute taxi ride. No shoes, you can borrow from the front desk. There are free instant coffee and tea bags.
