The overall service is good, especially the front desk and room service. The only problem is that the room cleaning is not very thorough. One day the trash can was forgotten to be emptied, one day the toilet paper was used up but not replaced, and one day the hair in the bathroom was not cleaned.

The room was very well-equipped, with cooking utensils provided, and the dishwasher was a big plus; however, the air conditioning and heating systems kept turning off automatically, and the heater wouldn't turn on. After we reported this, the hotel provided breakfast for us one day because the repairs didn't take place until after check-out! Very nice! 👍🏻

TThe hotel is exceptionally stylish and has a very nice, modern aesthetic. The design is chic and the atmosphere is welcoming. The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor. Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, the staff was polite, and the breakfasts were good. There are two metro stations nearby, one offering a direct line to the Eiffel Tower. The city center is quite a long walk away. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Louvre, 40 minutes to the Champs-Élysées, and 1 hour 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is also perfectly fine. There are large boulevards nearby.

This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in in Paris; the bed was big and comfortable!

Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories. The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease. My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby! The supermarket is huge and the prices are great. The hotel itself is long and narrow, so you might have a bit of a walk. The elevators are a bit small, and the layout isn't ideal. The restaurant is very spacious, and the garden is a nice spot to sit, chat, and smoke. The rooms are decent enough. There are also some street-side shops nearby, a delicious French restaurant, and the Picasso Museum.

I like the decoration style, a bit of Art Deco, and it still has a sense of quality for a 4-star hotel. It is located in a quiet location in the bustling Left Bank, and it is convenient to go out for meals. The hotel's breakfast is also rich. Although the room is relatively small, it has a balcony for ventilation and the price is cheap. The executive room is very spacious
