Batumi Spa Hotels

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

A large room, pleasant toiletries, a comfortable mattress (though a bit short for someone 180 cm tall), plenty of pillows, heated floors in the bathroom, helpful reception staff, and an excellent breakfast. The room has a kettle and capsule coffee machine, along with Lavazza tea and capsules, including decaf. We checked in two hours early. Two swimming pools. Still, due to the tiredness of the rooms, this is a 4-star hotel instead of a 5-star hotel. Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet. Some shelves in the closet need to be updated and the furniture needs to be dry-cleaned. The towels need to be more carefully monitored for wear. The rooms also have vinyl wallpaper, which can easily be cleaned from tea and coffee stains, but for some reason, cleaning seems to ignore this.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

Best hotel in Batumi ever they have so many facilities and also staff are really friendly and helpful. Would come back again for sure

We chose this apartment because we needed a two-bedroom option. The renovation is dated, the room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all (hair on the floor, toothpaste caps), and there was no water. Parking and the pool are paid separately. The location isn't ideal either; we thought it was close to the sea, but it's dirty and lacks amenities.

We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise. Here were the key concerns: 1. Language & Service Gaps For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. 2. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property. 3. Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication. 4. Shower Head Burst - No QC? The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. 5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated. 6. Room Service Delays Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property. For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

We stayed in a 'Premium' suite. The concept of the complex is good, and the room itself is spacious. Pros: There's a swimming pool, grocery stores on-site, and a cafe. However, there are many downsides: the room lacks adequate lighting in the evening, the threshold in the bathroom is broken, causing water to leak from the shower with no drain to catch it. The showerhead sprays everywhere. The furniture feels flimsy, clearly an attempt to cut corners. Housekeeping is very mediocre. There's absolutely no soundproofing. Overall, if they improve the service, get a maintenance crew in, and fix some of these 'flaws,' it could be good. It definitely doesn't live up to being a 'Premium' suite.

Это шикарнейший инстаграмный отель!!! Виды потрясающие, дух захватывает. Такой там чистый воздух и так хорошо спится. Сам номерной фонд очень скромный, но эти фантастические виды перекрывают все минусы. Хотя о каких минусах речь, просто не понятно. Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года.
