"We stayed in a 'Premium' suite. The concept of the complex is good, and the room itself is spacious.
Pros: There's a swimming pool, grocery stores on-site, and a cafe. However, there are many downsides: the room lacks adequate lighting in the evening, the threshold in the bathroom is broken, causing water to leak from the shower with no drain to catch it. The showerhead sprays everywhere. The furniture feels flimsy, clearly an attempt to cut corners. Housekeeping is very mediocre. There's absolutely no soundproofing.
Overall, if they improve the service, get a maintenance crew in, and fix some of these 'flaws,' it could be good.
It definitely doesn't live up to being a 'Premium' suite."

"Modern hotel, located on the 40th floor of the hotel orbit with sea view. You can not find the address of the corner house, but in fact it is behind it. The rooms correspond to pictures and description. Clean, beautiful, convenient. Nuance with elevators, you can stay 10 minutes. There is a place with breakfast but we haven't visited. 10 minutes from the sea. 20 minutes to the old city. Recommend."

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Guest UserIt's definitely not a 5-star hotel, but we never regretted choosing it over an apartment in Orbi. We initially got a room on the 4th floor with two windows facing the sky. When we went down to the lobby, they smoothly swapped it for a slightly smaller room on the 3rd floor with a proper window. The breakfast is decent, though not amazing. But it goes until 11 am! (Great for those who like to sleep in). The reception staff doesn't always speak Russian, but basic English is enough. The sink was cracked. The water pressure was good. We didn't visit the spa or casino, so I can't comment on those, other than the smell of smoke near the elevator coming from the casino. Not a big deal though. On the upside: the location is top-notch! Overall, it was exactly what we expected from a budget hotel in the old town.

A large room, pleasant toiletries, a comfortable mattress (though a bit short for someone 180 cm tall), plenty of pillows, heated floors in the bathroom, helpful reception staff, and an excellent breakfast. The room has a kettle and capsule coffee machine, along with Lavazza tea and capsules, including decaf. We checked in two hours early. Two swimming pools.
Still, due to the tiredness of the rooms, this is a 4-star hotel instead of a 5-star hotel. Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet. Some shelves in the closet need to be updated and the furniture needs to be dry-cleaned. The towels need to be more carefully monitored for wear. The rooms also have vinyl wallpaper, which can easily be cleaned from tea and coffee stains, but for some reason, cleaning seems to ignore this.

Guest UserMy wife and I stayed here from May 3rd to 8th, 2026. It's a good hotel with an excellent location. We had a room with a sea view, which was absolutely the best. The breakfasts were delicious. However, you have to specifically request toothbrushes, and sometimes they forget to bring them. Also, the exhaust fan downstairs makes a constant, loud humming noise.

NIKITAVLWe had issues during check-in. We had booked a suite for a family of four – two adults and two children aged 7 and 12. Upon entering the room, we realized there were no beds for the children. The front desk promised to resolve the issue once, then twice, then three times, and by the fourth time, we had to get assertive. Eventually, sleeping arrangements were made for everyone, but it took us 7 hours of constant reminding. Overall, it's a great hotel with good breakfasts, a gym, and an indoor pool. The cleaning is good, and the staff is polite.

Не соответствует 5* звезда, максимум тянет на 3*. Дружелюбный персонал, который делает всё наполовину. Ужасное обслуживание у бассейна, плохое обслуживание в номерах. Не меняли белье и халаты , тапочки в течение 11 дней. Уборщица делает замечание и хамит постояльцам в СПА. Подушки гигантские, спать не аозиожно. Выбора подушек нет. В ресторане отеля получили сильное отравление, скорее всего мясом. По ночам музыка в бассейне не отключается. Орёт, спать не возможно. Во время пребывания возник пожар, персонал отеля очень старался, однако было видно, что он не обучен действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях, а руководство отеля даже не потрудились принести извинения перед постояльцами. Каждый день этот отель преподносил неприятные сюрпризы. Никому не советую ехать в этот отель.
