"Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Bogor was truly amazing. The hotel is stunning, peaceful, and has a lovely atmosphere. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it was still very convenient because there are many restaurants and shops just around the corner.
We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Even the lobby staff kindly helped us with opening the car door, which made us feel very appreciated and well taken care of.
The only small disappointment was the swimming pool policy. We read on the wall that the pool was open until 10 PM, but when we went swimming around 8 PM, we were told that the pool actually closes at 7 PM. We hope the hotel can make the information clearer for future guests.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with great service and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly loved and enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again."

"It has quite good parking space as compared to other budget hotels at Bogor. Stayed here for our trip to Taman Safari Bogor. Room was nice, slightly huge, bed was fine, everything was perfect for a perfect one night stay. Would definitely recommend it!"

"Breakfast: So-so.
The room's interior needs an update; there was peeling wallpaper and stained sheets.
No fridge.
The bed was soft and comfortable, but I felt itchy sleeping on it.
Great location.

Very family friendly hotel, and never changed. And it become more better in service, and facilities. Only my room feels like a little bit old. But that's not a big concern of us.
Will come again someday. And recommend to everyone with family to come.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoFave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options.
The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner.
A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

Mme n meThe location is great, close to a mall so it's easy to find food. The room is spacious, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Cleanliness is good. However, because there's no carpet, you can hear neighbors moving tables around, and also people walking by in the hallway. But overall, it's comfortable.
Breakfast needs improvement; the taste is inconsistent. If you leave your room at 8:30 AM, most of the food is already gone, so you have to wait. The swimming pool is small.

GGuest UserOn the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was.
When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly.

the room is located on 6 floors and the elevator only reaches the 5 floors then I have to continue by the staircase to the sixth floor.
The room is so smelly with smoke, We asked to change the room to a nonsmoking room but they can't give.
the bathroom tile is so slippery we must be extra careful when bathing.
when breakfast time we didn't know our room had already been checked as having taken the breakfast we just got down to have breakfast, luckily the manager saw this intention and allowed me to have breakfast.
the room has a no-view window even though it's on the sixth floor, how come?

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!

NNurulHelloKittyComfortable, clean hotel. Street view from the room, can see people walking and jogging, see the rain falling and wetting the Bogor earth. Walking distance to Bogor Botanical Garden ~ 10 minutes.
Just maybe need to provide an iron in the room.
