"We had a very enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Kunming.
The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of four. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, making it a great choice for travelers catching an early morning train.
A special thank you to Harriet and Amy at reception. We had some issues with a food delivery order, and they were quick to assist and follow up until everything was sorted out. Their helpfulness made our stay much smoother.
The hotel also has good self-service laundry facilities, with washing machines and dryers that worked very well, a big plus for families and longer trips.
There are plenty of good food options nearby too. We found a great local restaurant just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and have included a photo for reference.
Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a very convenient location. We would gladly stay here again."

GGuest UserI was lucky enough to choose this guesthouse for two nights on this trip. The courtyard is beautiful, and it was so relaxing to sit out there and have a beer after a day of sightseeing. The owner's coffee is also delicious. The room facilities are pretty good for a guesthouse, and it was kept very clean. The guesthouse is located right by Dianchi Lake, so it's convenient for a stroll. Our Luoyuhe room was a bit small, and storage space felt a little cramped; I should have booked an upstairs room. Everything else was great, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting Kunming.

GGuest UserWe chose a two-bedroom suite with our family here. The hotel facilities are quite old overall, and we stayed for three or four days. It's an older hotel, and while you can still see its past glory and the essence of its design, the overall color scheme and facilities now feel dated. However, the front desk and butler service were excellent, almost always accommodating our requests. Overall, we were satisfied. The downstairs pool, kids' play area, and even the evening entertainment were all pretty good. The outdoor hot spring was our favorite part, but unfortunately, it rained, so we only got to go once.

**Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.

GGuest UserThe greenery at this hotel is absolutely stunning! The two large green trees right at the entrance are incredibly eye-catching, and the entire courtyard is enveloped in lush plants. The common areas extensively use wood finishes and red brick, and there's a super comfortable lobby bar on the first floor perfect for relaxing – you could sit there and just zone out without feeling like you're wasting time. My favorite part was the light and shadow cast by the sun filtering through the floor-to-ceiling glass and greenery in the lobby; enjoying a complimentary coffee there was pure bliss. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and with a shopping district right downstairs, both transportation and dining options were super convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including hot dishes and soups, which was very comforting. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and the surrounding snack street is bustling. I even received a souvenir when I left. GGuest UserThe inn's location is incredibly convenient, and it's spotlessly clean with no strange odors in the rooms. The common areas are also very spacious, featuring a study zone, dining area, a bar area, and a beautiful rooftop garden. You get a fantastic view overlooking Jinma Biji, which is stunning. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I fell in love with this place on my first stay and will definitely be back!

Jingjing upgraded our room, which was spacious with great natural light. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-separated, making it clean and refreshing to use. GGuest UserThe entire street is lined with antique-style buildings. The hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance of the street, next to the folk village archway, and parking is easy. The furniture in the room is older than my own dad! The Chinese-style decor is very tasteful. The hallway even features Taihu stones collected by the owner. It was a really great experience.

GGuest UserThe owner upgraded me to a loft king room. The room was very rustic and had a unique Yunnan charm. Breakfast included rice noodles, soy milk, and various grains. The owner even came downstairs to pick me up. The location is about 790 meters from the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The conditioner was also really good!
