I saw it on Trip , the price of more than 100 has enjoyed more than 300 services, parking is very convenient to park at the entrance of the hotel, the young lady at the front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic, and she poured tea for us as soon as she came. We originally booked two beds. Listening to us, we said a family of three, We took the initiative to upgrade to a parent-child room, so that we lived very comfortable. Slippers and toothbrushes are all for three people. The room is fully equipped and smart, clean and hygienic, and there is a free laundry room. When we leave, we will give us three bottles of water. A more comfortable hotel to stay in Yunnan on a business trip! I looked at the price on several platforms: or the price is reasonable on Trip : so it is set on this platform: after coming to the front desk to check in: I sat in the lounge area: a young lady named Hu Yuhang at the front desk poured tea and sent fruit. Do your homework and stay in this hotel that night. The security guy at the gate is very warm and thoughtful. Ask him some places to play and he will tell you what he knows. Living on the third floor (the breakfast room is also on the third floor) along the commercial street (as shown in the picture) is a bit noisy during the day. Everything else is ok. There are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets around the commercial street. It is very convenient and the room facilities are complete. Overall good 👍

I booked the room by looking at the pictures. I thought it was a quiet hotel with a garden. When I got there, I was dumbfounded, but it wasn't at all. I can't bear to look at the surrounding environment. I'm most afraid of noise when I sleep. The executive suite I ordered is next to the road, which frightened me, but in the end I changed to a room that is not next to the road. It's better. The room is spacious, but there is always a smell Well, it should be the bad smell left by the previous guests. It is recommended to wash the sofa cover and pillow case thoroughly to remove the smell. I don’t turn on the air conditioner at night because I am afraid of the noise, but the air conditioner is very noisy when it is turned on next door. The price is reasonable, the hotel is simple and clean, and the external environment is really bad.

This is the most shocking hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, when I arrived at the hotel entrance, there were floors to climb. I grabbed two large suitcases. It was really inconvenient. The lobby is on the 8th floor, and the other 5, 6, and 7 floors are Guest rooms, but you don’t need to take a card to enter the room, which feels relatively unsafe. The hotel claims to be a smart hotel, but the public Wi-Fi network is often disconnected. You have to leave the projection screen on to connect to the independent Wi-Fi in the room. The projection screen cannot Once it was turned off, I couldn't use Wi-Fi. What shocked me was that the power suddenly went out while I was taking a shower in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and was told that the circuit breaker had tripped. This happened for two consecutive nights. The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor, the sound of flushing water upstairs and the sound of door closing outside can be clearly heard! So the hotel provides earplugs! The service from the lady at the front desk was pretty good!

GGuest UserWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

GGuest UserThe experience was pretty good. It was the first time I brought my baby to Kunming. There were no pitfalls mentioned online. The overall environment of the hotel was good. The room was large. The parent-child room was only on the first floor. Although there were windows, it was a bit unventilated and there was a bit of a smell in the room. , I didn’t really like the flip-flops. I was in a hurry to go out and play in the afternoon. I returned to the hotel at around 8 o’clock in the evening. The waitress also specially gave me milk tea, desserts, and snacks. I loved it! Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the rice noodles are really delicious👍🏻

GGuest UserWe had a very wonderful time at the JinBi Hotel. It is one of the best hotels I’ve been. We booked two rooms for two couples. The rooms are big and spacious and most importantly clean and comfortable. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy. The Chinese style decorations and furnitures are very tasteful. The whole design is coordinated and elegant. Even the breakfast area is nicely decorated. There are options for the set breakfast which is simple but sufficient. There are also places to have tea . The service is excellent. It’s higher than a 5 star rating. From the front desk to the kitchen staff to the cleaning staff to the manager, they are all very warm and helpful. They were very patient with my elderly brother in law who had tons of questions and requests.
We were really satisfied with our stay.

Loved the welcome fruit. The breakfast didn’t have much for vegetarian eaters. But it was great that it was till 12:30.
Overall great hotel! With a nice artsy vibe and a great skybar view and swimming pool.
Downside was none of the staff spoke English. For an international chain this was shocking .

Inside the room is the intelligent voice operation of Xiaozhi butler, which is very convenient. You can turn on the lights, turn on the TV, It is very convenient to turn on the air conditioner. The toilet is also smart. The most important thing is that their toothbrush is very good. It is not disposable. The bristles of the toothbrush are soft. Before leaving, the store manager gave me 2 of them. The check-in experience is very good , their private kitchen is also good, the price is fair, I will choose here again next time

MMaxGreat hostel! I felt like I got the royal treatment when I was there simply because I'm a rare foreign guest. Well, I'll take the privilege 😅. So in my particular case, from the moment I arrived they rolled out the red carpet. I made friends with the receptionist and we went to have dinner together right away lol. This never happened to me before haha. It was very nice. Then I was included in all kinds of social activities during my 4 day stay. We had lunch together with the owner, a very jovial guy, the receptionist and some random guests. It was very pleasant. We also went out for free clubbing and to the night market. Absolutely non commercial activities where we simply hung out as friends. Very cool! Definitely enriched my experience in Kunming by a lot. The facilities themselves were good. Everything was clean. It's a little bit cramped up in the apartment that's been made into dorms but it's ok because everyone is very considerate. There's only one bathroom so sometimes that can be annoying. It's a very high quality bathroom tho. I would definitely stay again for the atmosphere and the convenience of the location.

GGuest UserThis hostel immediately make you feel warm and welcome! Close to the city center, it is easy to find and the staff is friendly (and speak English if you are a foreigner!). The hostel has a lovely lounge, rooftop and terrace where you can sit, enjoy the hostel's food and drinks (very good and affordable) and relax. I stayed in a 6-people all female dorm room, which was a little bit small but it is enough, especially since you have so many other places in the hostel where you can hang out. The bed is comfortable, the shower and toilet are outside of the room but easily accessible and clean. I had no problem with using the washing machine and dryer provided either.
I only stayed one night but the hostel made me wish I had planned more time in Kunming! I will definitely book here again if I go back to Kunming.

CccmlStayed here as I had an early morning flight. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the airport's arrival floor, but there's also a free shuttle bus. The earliest bus was at 5am, and took about 5min to reach the departure area. Room was spacious and clean, and I had a view of the airport from my room. Had a great stay!

WWhere spirit leadsThe location is very close to all the major shopping areas. There is central heating but not temperature is not too warm. The bedroom has a wall that shield you from the bathroom.
