Amazing
GGuest UserEnvironment: The hotel should have a bit of history. There are many similar hotels around, and the price is not cheap. It is one subway stop away from Termini Railway Station. It belongs to a safe area.
Facilities: The hotel should have been renovated, and the facilities and equipment are relatively new.
Service: The front desk is very good, very enthusiastic, and very considerate to introduce you to the various facilities and equipment of the hotel. They will also personally send you to the room and introduce you to the various aspects of the room. After each talk, they will ask you if you have any questions.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned very clean.
There is also a free happy hour upstairs at night. Forget the taste. There are buildings all around, and there is no scenery. The overall experience is good. Recommended to stay
GGuest UserAbsolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!
MMinaaichiganjupiThis hotel can only be described as stunning! Very new and designed like a work of art! The location is convenient, between Termini and Plaza de España. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Plaza de España. There is a super delicious ice cream shop opposite! The room is slightly small, but the bathroom is large and the floor height is also high. Overall, it is highly recommended!

BBuchifeiyuguantouThere was a female receptionist on the night shift who had a very bad attitude. Because we didn't ask for room service, we asked her for water when we returned to the hotel at night. She evaded us by saying that she could only give two bottles per room. Later, she left us alone and asked us to wait for other staff to come. She was very impatient and rolled her eyes. This was the first time I encountered such a service staff.
The attitude of every other staff was very good. Water was given as long as we needed it, and they would also actively provide help.
After checking in, I found that one of the bottles of water in the room had been opened and drunk. It felt that the hotel's cleaning staff did not clean and check the room very seriously.
The hotel is close to Fiumicino Airport and far from the city. It provides paid shuttle buses and can also help call taxis. The hotel is very large and feels a bit like a resort.
The bed is very comfortable and the toilet is relatively small
CCyril BocoI had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room has enough size for the two of us and the bathroom was fairly good. I have tried eating breakfast but I think it was a bit pricey. I love the location as it was quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to friends who are planning to visit Rome. The room rate was fair.
GGuest UserThe room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling, big windows with antique vibes.
The room is modernly designed with great amenities.
I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries.
The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful, very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum, should I add more ?
GGuest UserI cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

AAnonymous UserA very, very good hotel. Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.
GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

SSelimmmI had a great experience at this hotel! The service was very friendly, attentive, and always prompt to assist whenever I needed anything. The hotel facilities were excellent—my room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing me with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities like the pool and gym were a nice bonus, clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the food; the breakfast had a good selection and everything tasted fresh and delicious, although slightly more variety in dishes would have made it perfect. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning again in the future!
