The room was clean, tidy, the sheets were clean, and the electric water heater was very good for bathing hot water. There is a hair dryer in the room, and there is an electric plug conversion socket to meet the charging of Chinese electrical appliances. The mosquito repellent in the room is also very good. . I went to the kitchen to see, the kitchen was very clean, breakfast was too expensive, I saw three foreigners eat, the Chinese do not eat the Western food they provide. It is less than 8 kilometers from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport, very close to Negombo Railway Station, and more than one kilometer from the sea. I highly recommend Chinese people to stay.

A good hotel when after the flight you want to breathe and not start from the place to the career, in the sense of the island) got into the season, the guests were a little, so on a small parking lot the rented tuck-tuck went without problems. There is an exit to the sea, although I'm not sure that it is comfortable to swim there but the sunsets are chic ;) The pool was very good by the way. Bear in mind that there is no infrastructure nearby, not wanting to have dinner in the hotel, went to search and searched for enough time. Perhaps it was necessary not to wander around the neighborhood, but to give the local cook a chance, as breakfast was quite simple but delicious

The villa is located in the nymombo area, 7 minutes walk to the sea, we got a room with all the facilities and mini-suitable with a refrigerator and teapot, hot water was always (except for half day after the rain), the room itself is very comfortable, With the Baldakhines from mosquitoes, a bunch of roseets, wai-faem (after the rain is not very stable). We in Sri Lanka for the first time and more wanted to focus on tours and... the owner of the villa offered us the most optimal option - an individual three-day tour on a car with a driver on all the sights we wanted and Even more (even on the tower of Ambulwava took and guessed the arrival of the train on the 9-thiaroic bridge and then travelling on the train itself through the bridge to another province), with a night in the best hotels of the region! At the same time the price was lower than the offers of local tours for two-day tours. And the hosts organized a transfer from and to the airport! Everything was clear and without overlaps! General impressions - Nemombo non-residential area, sea and coast are not the cleanest, but this villa as a transit base or as a place from where you can go to see the country clearly can be recommended! I am a female travelling alone and felt very safe, respected and welcomed at this hotel. Location is good, I walked around a lot and felt very safe. Amenities near by. Staff very helpful.

Good location - between Main street and beach (and juice bar and yammi local food in 1 min). New rooms and very clean (thanks housekeeper Jay). Nice patio and silent (and independent entrance). But owner is wheeler-dealer, will take extra charge for everything! seems like a not as BB guest house, be like 5star hotel: breakfast 10$, transfer at airport - 25, checkout after 4 hours - 10. Despite, f ex linen and towels not changing/room service doesn’t every day here. I think, greed of owner - is the reason why this hotel is empty…

The location is good, close to the beach. The room wasn't very clean, the Wi-Fi was poor, but it was okay for an overnight stay. The bed was large and there was soap. You can enter either through the cafe or through a large gate that someone opens. There's water in the back, which probably attracts insects. We had a huge cockroach in our room. I didn't take photos. The window was small and near the ceiling, and the bathroom door was difficult to open—you had to push it hard. There were a towel, chairs, and an electrical outlet.

Excellent hotel, hospitable hosts. The room is clean and cozy. The location is convenient, everything is nearby.

It was an awesome place to stay on a minimum budget. Very good location.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everyone was professional. Room service was also fast and reliable.
