"Facilities: Generally good. Being on the mountain, the electricity can be unstable at times, with occasional power outages, but it's usually restored quickly. The road leading to the hotel is very winding, especially the last 50 meters, which is a super bumpy dirt slope. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs around 2000 rupees, and to the city center, it's about 1200 rupees.
Cleanliness: Acceptable, neat and clean.
Environment: Absolutely beautiful. It was the most therapeutic day I spent in Pokhara. Checking in in the afternoon, you can see Phewa Lake and the World Peace Pagoda, though not the Fishtail Mountain (Machapuchare). At night, you can enjoy the city's night view. Waking up to a sea of clouds in the morning, you can see Fishtail Mountain right from the balcony โ it's stunning and truly felt healing.
Service: Warm and polite, the staff are very friendly. We ate at the restaurant; breakfast was a buffet, and for dinner, we had curry rice, which also tasted great ๐.

Had a flight cancelled from Kathmandu and arrived the next day. Rozeena and the team were more than accommodating and supportive. During the stay they acted with swift communication and supported me throughout the time at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in pokhara!

Avoid this hotel! Three of us stayed in two rooms for two nights, and upon checkout, we were forced to pay an extra $30, completely uninformed. Breakfast was clearly provided as a portion per room, but someone didn't eat it the next day and gave their share to their companion. The hotel then demanded payment and refused to refund us.
Lack of transparency, forced fees, and complete dishonesty! A truly terrible experience!

travel-travel-travelPerfect place to rest in Pokhara after 5 days trekking. The service here was fantastic, we arrived long before check in time but a room was made available within 10 minutes. The receptionist was so helpful during our stay, she arranged the laundry service and then helped us to arrange a new bus ticket to Chitwan when we missed our early morning bus. The coffee shop downstairs is a bonus and they even brought it up to our room. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent double views of the mountains!

This is a very nice hotel...great location, great views, and a kind staff. While the free buffet breakfast is good, it's no where near 5 star... it's more like 3 star. with a very limited selection of food.
I enjoyed Pokhara so much that I decided to stay an extra week, and when I asked about rates booking directly with the hotel, they seemed arrogant and disinterested... saying there was no discount for booking directly with them. So I left and booked another hotel right on the lake , larger room and same buffet breakfast...for much less money. If you want to pay more for less, stay here.

sir.rob1nVery nice hotel. Good location just a walking distance to central bus station and a big park near the lake. I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing๐). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal ๐). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
I asked to make a 3-4h soft style trek at their agency. In fact, it was difficult 6-8h walks with many stairs. Even being sports, it was very hard and especially the downturn Ghorepani in Tatopani

The hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

ๆVery good hotel, did not bargain 300 rupees from the airport. Keep at the beginning of Fewa Lake. Next to the commercial street, there are goods to eat and sell. A 5-minute walk along the lake is the cruise ship pier, which takes 20 minutes to reach the widest water surface of Fewa Lake. The top of the hotel can clearly see the towering snow-capped mountains. It is generally clear in the morning and is covered by clouds after noon. The hotel has its own car and driver to rent, the price is not compared, but it should be more reliable than the taxi on the street. When we went out, we encountered thunderstorms. The driver was always with us, and the psychological situation was much more practical. Good environment, breakfast, free delivery to the airport.

Located at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website itโs written โfree airport transferโ, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said โI dun knowโ. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didnโt go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I donโt find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.
