"Great place for sunsets! As for breakfast, don't set your expectations too high, it's just okay. The room was pretty clean, and while the pool is a bit small, it was fine for kids to play in. The beach right in front isn't really anything special, and I didn't even bother going because I heard it smelled."

"This hotel's service is the kind that ruins your day. I was asked for my room number three times. The first two times were fine, and the inquiries were at least polite. But once, when my child was playing in the pool, a male attendant came over and very sternly asked for my room number. His look and expression made me feel like he thought I was some outsider trying to sneak into their pool! It was incredibly offensive! To top it off, our child cut their toe in the pool. When I mentioned it to them that evening, there wasn't even a single 'sorry.' I initially thought about sending an email to complain, but then decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I definitely don't recommend this hotel! The food was also bad; even the butter at breakfast was some unfamiliar local Filipino brand."

"The service at this hotel was truly excellent from start to finish. Even before check-in, the staff were already responsive and helpful. Throughout my stay and even after, their level of service remained consistently impressive.
I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. They even offered a complimentary breakfast as a gesture, which I really appreciated.
The hotel also provides a range of convenient services such as arranging tuktuk transport and printing, which made my stay much easier. I also noticed thoughtful details in the room; slippers were provided, there were plenty of hangers and clean water was prepared for rinsing since the tap water is slightly salty due to its proximity to the sea.
Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐️👍🏻🤩"

JJACKY SHEN NTWThis was our third hotel during our Bohol vacation, and I'm incredibly satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel environment is impeccable; the views and ambiance are absolutely stunning. Both the pool area and the garden landscaping are perfect for photos.
The location is also super convenient, very close to the beach, so you can easily go for a walk or dip your toes in the ocean anytime. I particularly liked the room layout; you open the balcony door and there's the pool right there. Just note that it's a shared pool.
The hotel gets a lot of guests, so there are many people staying here. They do a room check upon check-out, but the staff are very quick, so the waiting time is short, and their service attitude is excellent. All in all, everything met my expectations, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for a vacation stay!

The rooms have a lovely tropical vibe, and the breakfast is fantastic. Haidee and Marlon at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful.

GGFYMFCDefinitely one of the better hotel/resorts that I've encountered during my travels in the Philippines. The hotel itself is located in a beautifully secluded lot that's surrounded by vegetation & conveniently placed a stones throw away from the main commercial centre which hosts a supermarket & even a DIY shop.
The rooms are very comfortable, clean & all come with a balcony & modern AC as standard.
But the best part is the large pool which lights up at night & is by the restaurant which serves good coffee, pizza & an excellent Thai curry.
If you have transport then i would highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at Cliffside Resort, a place that truly stands out for its stunning view and its very peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The room was clean, although a few small details could be improved, such as the drawers, which were not properly cleaned.
Most of the staff were very welcoming and smiling, which created a warm and friendly environment. A few team members were a bit less friendly, so the experience felt slightly inconsistent, but overall the staff were lovely.
The food was very good, and so were the cocktails, which made our meals enjoyable.
However, the timing of the service really needs improvement. It became almost funny: one of us would get their meal, eat it calmly… and the other would be served 30 minutes later — sometimes almost an hour later.
It’s a strange and quite awkward situation, because you don’t really get to eat together. Back in France, this would never happen, so it was really surprising.
Despite this issue, we overall had a positive stay, with an exceptional setting and lots of potential for an even better experience.

Light switches were dirty - this is simply to avoid by the hotel and experience will be better. Clean bed, towels and a fridge as a plus. Very tasty dishes in their restaurant on a good price, we really liked it (grilled shrimps and a fish) compared to other we tried. The reception is very polite and attentive. The nearest way to the beach is 10 minutes but at the end there is a resort which will charge 100 p entry per person to a beach, as a plus you can use their wc and change rooms and showers. From this beach you can go to any part of the beach line and enjoy.

GGuest UserIn general, everything corresponds to the photo, but there are nuances.
It’s not clear from the photo, but in fact there is catastrophically little light both during the day (a small window!, and in the evening there is not enough artificial light. This gives the feeling that you are in some kind of basement.
Comfort - everything seems to be there, but personally I missed a lot of little things that create comfort.
For example, in the bathroom there is no place where you can put bath accessories, in the shower area there is a small soap dish, and in the sink area there are no shelves or anything like that. There are a lot of sockets, but the chargers dangle in them, so you have to constantly check whether the charge is on or not. There is no breakfast even for an additional fee. Things can only be hung on a hanger along the wall, i.e. they will all be on top of each other. The best smell! A very chemical smell that makes it impossible to stay in the room. The employees were never able to explain where it came from, citing that it was hot and therefore (but it’s not Russia, so it’s cold in February, it’s always hot there, so this explanation is much strange), the second version is treatment for mosquitoes (it’s more like the truth, but the staff couldn’t answer how safe it was to breathe it), I was simply offered to imitate the air freshener). I think it’s still the poor quality of the materials and in the heat that’s why it starts to smell so bad.
The hotel has its advantages: each house has its own terrace, a large courtyard with lots of greenery, pleasant staff.

GGuest UserTo sum it up, I was extremely satisfied! We were a group of four couples, university friends, and we stayed in two Zen Villas. Each Zen Villa has two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, with a bathroom in every room, so it was perfectly comfortable for two couples. The large dining table was great for all eight of us to gather and socialize every evening. They even provided a microwave, induction cooktop, cutlery set, and refrigerator, which was fantastic – we were able to cook seaweed soup for a friend's birthday! The swimming pool was large enough for ball games, and the exotic trees and landscaping throughout the resort were absolutely beautiful. I'll never forget the sunset on the first day. Even after the sun went down, the sky transformed into various shades of red for a long time... it was truly magnificent. Even on a rainy day, the bamboo bridge through the mangrove forest was incredibly atmospheric. When they heard it was our friend's birthday, they even prepared a lovely little cake with a birthday message! Plus, on our last day, after our tour, we got free access to the Oceanica Day Use facilities. For breakfast, you just fill out a form the night before at the lobby, specifying your menu, preferred time, and whether you want room service, dining at the restaurant, or a packed meal. The food and desserts were clearly made with care, and every meal was a delight. A big thank you to all the resort staff! ^^

ZZhaozhaoAnnI had originally booked a swim-up room for three nights, from February 6th to 8th. However, due to a typhoon, the Cebu to Bohol ferry was suspended. I tried to negotiate with the hotel to get a refund for the first night (Feb 6th), but they were incredibly rigid and refused to budge. In the end, Trip.com refunded me for that night. I then extended my stay for an additional night on the 9th. Honestly, after checking in, I'd say it's a hotel with good value for money. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk, which costs 100 PHP per ride. The entire hotel seemed to be filled with Korean guests... The breakfast was simple but sufficient to fill you up.

EElizaveta VThe hotel is located in an isolated place, so it is very convenient to rent a bike or a tricycle to get to the town or to the nearest restaurant. There is a small private beach, but there are a lot of plants and a lot of boats. I loved the service - you can call the massage or manicure master, grab a drink at the beach bar, lie down near the beach and enjoy the service. They also provided me a bike rent with delivery. The room is in zebra style - very nice and comfy. The only thing I disliked - the room is very small, it is basically tiny, though it had a terrace which a view of the hotel stairs which I found useless.
