The hotel is brand new and super comfortable. The walking distance to Alona beach and McDonald’s area is only 12-15 minutes. Before entering the hotel area there are few local houses with chickens, roosters and dogs that might make noise, but the safety and comfort are guaranteed in the hotel. The receptionist and apparently the owner’s son is super helpful and friendly. We loved the bed and the AC there. The guy helped us with finding an early bird tricycle driver and even fetched a fresh pomelo from their garden. We definitely recommend this hotel, especially after staying at more expensive, but very tiny and smelly rooms in the same area. The room size made us feel soooo good and relaxing.

A piece of civilization among the noisy Philippine streets! The hotel looks tidy, clean. It is pleasant to be in it. Indeed you rest from the vacation. To the beach of Alona - 10-15 minutes of unspeeded step. Center and everything necessary in pedestrian accessibility. Breakfasts on the menu choice. Sweet. You can also order a separate food and you will be prepared. Prices are about as much as anywhere, not overstated. If you need to go early on a tour - then you will make lunch boxing from delicious sandwiches for choice. The room is clean. There is no teapot and tea set. But you can ask for a boiler and they will bring it in the cup. From the downsides - is a noisy air conditioner. Besides, water was drained from it in our room. When the air conditioner is turned off, there is noise from some operating system or generator from the outside. 'the water from the shower is leaking on the floor. Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. We liked staying here! Thank you very much for the hospitality 🙏.

It is Nice and clean hotel resort, the breakfest is a little choose option. Quiet environment . 10m walking to Alona. All staff are friendly and welcoming , easy speaking english.. Conrad s so nice, welcoming and friendly. Thanks Conrada

I booked this resort for my family coming from the UK.They had a great time .Their kids enjoyed the pool,they have a big pool for adults and a kiddie pool.They enjoyed playing on the beach as well.Staff were very nice and accommodating.I will recommend this place to the rest of my family and friends.

It was incredibly noisy, and the doors felt paper-thin. Being right next to the road only added to the racket. You could hear everything from the pool distinctly. The noise started as early as 6 AM. The shower wasn't working, the wardrobe was decaying, and the bed sounded like it was on the verge of collapsing. However, the staff were good; responsive and kind.

If you are a diver, you shall stay here. And it’s just right at the dive point. However, with this price, they have ants issues, and they don’t clean everyday. You have to tell them to clean everyday to avoid ants. At least, hot shower and air conditioning works well. The toiletry is very very basic, best to bring your own shampoo and bath gel. Bring ear plugs if you have issues which chicken sounds in the morning. Dinner closes at 5pm, if you didn’t catch it, need to go far into the town to eat. Overall, I have a great time during my Xmas diving trip.

MCA hostel was a newly-opened hotel in the town. Staffs were very responsive to all my inquiries. The place itself was located 20-30mins to Panglao beaches which is good and away to the busy Aloha beach. We rented motorcycle for 350/day and we saved money aince the fare was not cheap. We spend my birthday there and staff made some efforts to prepare welcome greeting card which was very sweet. thanks to my hosts and will recommend this place to my friends and definitely will stay next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was old, the air conditioner was old and noisy, so we had to borrow a fan to use.

Pros: 1. Great price for a room with a private bathroom 2. Breakfast is included in the price. 3. Excellent and inexpensive cuisine for dinner - great soups, fish steaks, kebabs. 4. 10 minutes walk to Duluman Beach. 5. There is both private parking on the premises and the possibility to park opposite Cons: 1. There are questions about cleanliness, cleaning, bed linen. 2 Very noisy air conditioner, but earplugs save.
