Krakow Spa Hotels

The hotel is in the heart of the old town city, very convenient to look for food and walk to different spots. My room is very clean and comfortable. I like to design of the bathroom but the living room is quite dark. Service 10/10.

This hotel is beautifully located by a bend in the Vistula river, offering views of Wawel Castle. The staff are professional and friendly, reacting instantly to any issues. The comfortable room has a fantastic large bed – you won't want to get up in the morning! There's also a pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after exploring Krakow's hidden gems. The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection of products, including live cooking for omelets and scrambled eggs, so you're fueled up to continue sightseeing in Krakow. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Sheraton consistently delivers.

It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Hotel service is very good, the front desk brother helps to take luggage, pick up the car, store luggage is also convenient, star hotel management is in place In front of the door is the cultural and creative gift shop, shopping at night is also convenient

I had a very pleasant long weekend stay at the Park Inn Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. A tram stop is conveniently located right across from the hotel, making it easy to explore the old town centre. Alternatively, it’s about a 25–30 minute walk if you prefer to stroll into town. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and peaceful, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent hotel. We arrived at 2 am and the reception process was kind and fast. The location is close to the center. On foot to all the sites and especially close to the beautiful Vistula River. Great attitude of staff. Answer and help on any issue with a smile. The breakfast was very good. There is, ample parking from the enclosure. 60 zlotys per day for hotel guests. Really, we didn't want to leave. I am sure we will be back.

We spent 2 nights in hotel 32 this weekend. The hotel is lovely, staff are polite and it’s very clean. The location is okay, approx 10-15 minute walk to the old town square (centre). The only thing I would say is that there’s construction all outside of the hotel and surrounding street, lots of Harris fencing and diggers. Not operational through the night though so not really an issue.

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.

It must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety.
