Great
GGuest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

GGuest UserThe first hotel I stayed in after landing was indeed the right choice. It was very tiring to take a long flight. When I arrived at Hilton, I felt very relieved and at ease in terms of service, environment, hygiene and facilities. It was a good choice.
The location is also very good. There is a supermarket and a bus stop downstairs. There is a restaurant within a few steps. There are must-see attractions within one to two kilometers, including the Church of St. Sava, the National Museum, Knez Mihajlova Street, and the Danube River.

QQingdaosonghongboThe hotel is very close to the airport, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the People's Bank of China, Huawei, and the Chinese Cultural Center. The location is very good, free parking, and the breakfast is very colorful. Every time I stay, I taste a different breakfast, which is much better than the Pujiang Hotel I stayed in before. It is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

Very Good
GGuest UserIt is highly recommended and will be coming back!
-Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer loads of questions and they were always available.
- The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though
- The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items.
- Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy
TtotinoulgmVery nice and helpful staff, especially at the spa and valet sections. Super nice spa and gym area with access to the 25m pool, sauna, and hammam included in the booking. The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips.
GGuest UserExcellent location. Good hotel. qe were uograded but to a weird room... a living room down and to access the beds, we neesed to climb stairs.
Had a surprice at the check out, the hotel wanted to charge a bill from the restaurant we did not visited.
It was a whole meal (breakfeast serviced !t 7pm on the 1st of January), we prooved the hotel that at the same time we were far away in town paying another bill....without this proof, they would have charged us?! wil never know. And when does a hotel serves a full breakfeast at 7PM!?!?!??! If i want to have a breakfast at 1pm, they will not serve me.....weird.
Good we had proof!!!
AAnonymous UserStayed for three nights, it was very good, the breakfast was also delicious. I thought there were few vegetables here, but the various cucumber, tomato and lettuce sashimi were enough to satisfy us. There were also various sauces, not just sweet sauces, there was a salty sauce mixed with onions that was particularly delicious.
GGuest UserAddendum:
The breakfast presentation was beautiful. Photos 2 and 3 show local dishes. I initially thought the dishes would change daily, but it seems to be the same dishes on different plates. I got tired of it the second time.
There's also an à la carte menu. I chose Serbian pancakes (Photo 5), but they were too sweet. A less-than-ideal Chinese option is to order an omelet.
Ttanyaontv24The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere.
The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
