The service was great but there are cochroaches and the shower was very nasty

Great little hotel with nice staff!!

This place was not a very good experience for me and my family. We stayed for one night but regret it. Our original room that we booked we found a cockroach and immediatly told the front desk staff who offered us to spray in the room or switched to another room. The sheets and bedspreads had cigarette burns and blood stains on them, the hallways were dirty, laundry room was out of order and there were obviously sketchy people hanging around the motel. We felt very unsafe and never should have stayed. The guy working the front desk was nice but the housekeeping staff member wasn't very friendly and couldn't provide us clean linens or towels. We definetly don't recommend this motel and regret even staying.

Booked online thru Priceline arrived about 5:30pm on a Monday night got to room and no housekeeping had been done sheets towels bedspread all over room took to office told desk person who came up with fresh bedding and I helped make the bed. Only two channels on tv and then noticed I was charged by motel again for room. Since it was pending nothing could be done I left my overnight case by accident called Tuesday and told them. Friday the 13th have called the direct line 5 times and no answer??? Worst motel ever

I would give it -5 stars if I could! I regret not reading the reviews, but the pictures looked great, so we went with it. Thought we should remain open minded, but honestly, it was horrible! The front staff was okay taking your money, but when we went to our room on the second floor it was hot and stuffy and the air conditioner was barely pumping out cool air…knobs were missing on it…we were in the room for 20-30 mins and there was a wall of hot air that I knew would not cool down. We went down to see if we could get a refund, and the lady said she wouldn’t do that just because I didn’t like the room! That these were old units and they took time to cool down. She refused to give us a refund saying only the manager could do that, and said I needed to call her…when I asked for her number to call she said she wouldn’t give out the number, and I needed to leave mine. I left my number, but highly doubt it will amount to anything. I paid $80 that I probably won’t ever see! This is our 1st time in Spokane and what a rip off motel!!! That place should be shut down! Don’t go by the pictures. They don’t look anything like the real place. Dirty. Stinky. And the staff is unprofessional and greedy!

FILTHY. Cigarette smoke, questionable characters in lobby and parking lot. Upturned mattresses visible from the open window coverings. Litter everywhere and the smell was bad. By far the worst Motel 6 I have ever encountered. If you are traveling with children, please think twice--this is not a safe place.

I would give it less than one star if it let me. We made reservations the week before our trip. When we arrived at the property we were greeted by an employee who clearly hated her Job and could not care less. The property was FILITHY . Halls, rooms and showers full of mold. Cable did not work because as we were told by an employee "the owner had not paid the bill in months". When confronted with the issues the employee stated "not my problem". When asked for the owners contact information, we were told to contact customer service because they had none. Needless to say, we logged a complaint with customer service and at time of this review, have not heard from the owner.

Run down. Throw up on the stairs and in hallway. Tv... very few channels about 10, sound didn't work on several channels and white damage spots when tv was on. Toilet had cracks all over, faucet was newer but it moved all over. Bed was ok but small, only two pillows. White powder on the floor noticed after we moved suitcase stand.
