I am happy with a clean bed, shower and access to advertised amenities. Bad: - key card worked 75% of the time - Floors were dirty and sticky - Shower had brown film on the walls that fell into the tub when we showered - We were told there were no clean towels and to check back later in the day - Pool reeked of chlorine, burned eyes just while standing in the area Good: - location, close freeway access

The facilities are very good, but they are a bit old. Next to the highway, it is a bit noisy.

It was alright for needing a last min place to stay and close to good food in walking distance.

Worked great for me and no real complaint’s. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but there were choices, it was well presented and at least one of the ladies that worked the breakfast was very eager to help and very pleasant. Some of the front desk staff was not very friendly, but I am not knocking this hotel for that as a few people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful (differences in people I guess). Close to I-90 so easy for me to go west into Washington or East into Idaho to get my work done. I would have no issues with staying at this Holiday Inn Express again.
