Studio 6 Springfield, VA - Washington DC Southwest

The best ever.

We booked a king bed suite. When we arrived we were told that property doesn't have any king size bed suites. The property website and ******* both advertise and accept bookings for king size beds for this property. I was told i would be reimbursed by the front desk, it never happened. I will not stay at this chain again.

It was a horrible experience since we stayed there. Always had a issue with the lady that usually works mornings. She always has an attitude everytime you ask her a simple question. Like if you don't want to be there don't work there. We were living in the studio 6 side for almost 2 months waiting for an apartment but had issues always having to do the deposit and one day we asked her can it just roll over so we don't have to keep paying she caught an attitude and told us no we're no the only staying long term she has people that been living there for 5-6 months and they have to do the same thing. Anything you ask her she always has a smart remark. Then the housekeepers you have to chase them down for trash bags toilet paper and fresh towels because we requested no service but was able to get fresh linen and things. So I didn't understand what that problem was either. It was just bad experience.

We been having problems since we been staying here. The front desk clerks are always rude especially the lady thats there in the morning

Front desk lady was super nice and price is great.

I guess its your typical lower hotel chain. It's been quite a while since I have stayed at a hotel like this and don't think I will be back. I'll go ahead and spend the extra $30-50 for something nicer.
