Ms Eden was the best and my son absolutely adores her. Rooms were clean n smelled fresh Ms Eden was very welcoming n very helpful she also knows the area well enough to tell you of places to visit while u stay. This hotel has done a major turn around n I'm very happy knowing she works there plan to visit again

The manager and staff are rude. It’s expensive to stay here. They act like they are doing the guests a big favor. But the employees and the manager need some costumer service. I also have had roaches…

Friendly staff and super welcoming and a pleasant environment and experience! Will definitely stay here again. Staff was very accommodating to my medical issues and needs. Very family friendly environment and very welcoming off pets.

i have stayed with this hotel many times and it never disappoints!!! The staff are so kind they greet you when you walk by the office area or if you run into them outside! They are always trying to find reasons to help you get the best experience you can! It’s always clean in halls and never dirty! the rooms are spotless and very tidy, and if you need something all you have to do is ask and they would be more than happy to help the manager shana is a blessing she would go above and beyond to help you out! and the staff members rachael and edan are both so happy with smiles and very helpful when you have questions!! so i would say this hotel did make me feel welcome!!

I thought it was a nice place until staff began going into the room during the day. I had paid two weeks and said I was leaving after one week after noticing things in the room and staff informed me the company does not refund … I am taking this business to court
