Right out the gate I was not given the room I reserved and paid for. I reserved a single king room after ******* said that 2 were available. Instead I was only offered a double queen room. Being told this was the only room available I was forced to take it. Mind you I was checking in at 3pm. The bathroom was gross with mold in the tub chalking along the bottom and sides. The floor of the tub was also brown like it had never been cleaned. The carpet was very worn and the floor in the room is not level with a significant bump in the middle of the room. The window in the room was also broken with the closure handle missing which left a window cracked open about a half inch letting road noise come in. Way overpriced for the letdown it was. Fairly good location but seriously needs some TLC.

This is a nice facility, clean and roomy. And located in one of the nicer parts of Springfield. Great area. I'll return.

DONT STAY HERE! Stay anywhere but here. Super dirty room. Didn’t even lay in the sheets. Rude staff. Sketchy ppl hanging outside the hotel. Key card won’t work to get in side doors, so management just leaves them propped open.

I would have preferred an upstairs accommodation due to hallway traffic because I am a sensitive sleeper but overall good stay.

Very convenient location, clean place, nice staff. It's a very quiet place with an indoor pool. Area appeared to be safe. You can go outside and walk the entire area. The breakfast had a lot of the same items daily, but it was ok. We will definitely stay again.

Have stayed here a few times when visiting family. It’s nothing fancy but is quiet and clean and meets our needs. Staff is friendly.
