Ridiculous. They are Fraud and they ask more money if you book online at the day of check in. Extremely poor customer service. They try to cancel if we deny to pay more or they transfer the booking to a Sub standard hotel.

Very good hotel, caring staff, good food and above all the personal touch and guidance of Mr. Riaz. We had a very comfortable and nice stay. Since it is away from the city, the location is also quiet and peaceful.

Quaint hotel, clean and neat. All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Guests made to feel welcome. Despite the cold, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Special thanks to Fareed, Irfaan and the owner Riaz for their hospitality. The showroom is an added bonus for guests looking to grab some warm clothing and accessories. The manager Farah was truly a delight. Hope to stay over again during summer.

I have recently visited Kashmir and stay at this hotel. I have booked only one day, but after reached there because of there excellent service, excellent staff and of course excellent food, we decided to stay only in this this hotel. Rooms are spacious and with mountain View. Staff is very good and cooperative. Whatever you need they will provide you. If you are planning to visit Srinagar, then must stay at Hotel Pearl Continental.
