Worst Transport Service : They give non AC tempo travel which we are now not used to in such a hot climate and dusty atmosphere in summer . Also for sightseeing in Gulmarg and Sonmarg is on us...there they connect us to agent like Bilal and Hilal which are like pick pocketers... This is very bad that such a reputed tour company connect us to bad agent which charge us higher and dont give us car as committed.. We had to fight daily with them for car as committed and they respond too badly and spoil our mood of that day.. They are rude because they know heena is giving them good business and customer have no option left. They treat us that we are helpless now as we have paid everything to Heena in advance.. Also airport pick up we had bad experience..they gave us poor innova and fixed two families like goat with large luggage. Also hotel raddision in srinagar was also so poor. They are saying that this is premium toor package.. Making fun of customers as now they think they have reputed name. Am suprised instead of solving our problem they just say go on your way.. Really a worst experience in Heena Tour

Room was smelling bad, pillow and bedsheet cover is in bad condition and smelling, requested for hot water for drinking but not able to provide.
