There is no security at all. Toilets are dirty and stinking we have to tell them to clean every time. Bedsheets not cleaned. House keeping is pathetic. Power goes off frequently and generator you have to ask manager every time. Staff mr javed and mudassir very cooperative. Don’t recommend this hotel. For the price they charge you get better hotels in better area.

When i entered the room i found not in clean condition. There was no electric cattle however there was provision. Bathroom was not clean. Soaps were scattered. Tv was running out of package. I called around 15 times then they got it charged and after around 4 hours tv started working. I paid my lunch/dinner amount in the room tariff i was waiting for my dinner however no dinner. Then i called at restaurant and reception but intercom was not working. Then i went downstairs and noticed that manager was closing the door and was about to sleep when i asked about my dinner he cited that you have not had then i said no then he asked their waiter to arrange dinner thereafter they arranged but utensils were not cleared. In the morning breakfast was also not good even there was no cut fruit.

We were not stayed there. Hotel was very dirty. It was terrible. There was no staff. Rooms are very dirty.

Booked room approx with 3k per day but got only tiny dirty room with single bed. Response of hotel was not supportive.

The stay was very below average, all the sheets were used and dirty, parking was an inaccessible tight basement it was a struggle to get the cars in and out and only big suv could survive the ramp no small cars, the staff was very limited, it was near dal lake, but overall stay was below average.
