This hotel is not situated on the main road or at important place. Ho-weer it is quite a qiet place and centrally located for you to be in the city and near all places of tourist attractions. We did not try house boat because of the smell and cleanliness. My children have enjoyed the stay most of all the places we have stayed. The staff is nice and the food is good. My wife was specially impressed by the freshness of the fruits offered in the breakfast.

Myself imam patil Raja Ram keshao ex service *** from kolhpor stayed at hotel grand Habib at rajbagh with my wife for the specific priod 9.12.2023to 12.12.2023.during our sty in this hotel,the following aspects have been observed by me. a, Accommodation ar rooms have been fernished -all necseeesry facelities are extremely best b, Mesing accommodation is also decent -quality of menu . I.e breakfast and dinner prepared and served is absolutely nice . c. Cleaningness ia also extremely d. Nature of staff is co.operative and there moral is also always pleasent E. Staff are serving for the visitors as service to the people as service to the god on the concept Patil RK . The hotel is very nice and its location is in prime colony of Srinagar, Raja bagh extension. There are some things that the hotel management needs to see . There is a lot of power going there due to which the lift remains closed for a long time and there is no backup. Many times the room is not clean on check in, for whatever reason the room should be clean. There is no exhaust fan and much light in the washroom. Tea and milk leaves have to be asked again and again. One has to eat maida roti in the food, which should not be there. Instead, it should be brown flour atta . In the end, I would like to say that in the morning breakfast which is on the ground floor, a staff must stand in it because whenever you go to breakfast, that staff never stands, he either goes to the kitchen, then comes then walks.

The rooms were home beyond home. Not the typical hotel set up. it was a beautiful experience to stay in Mahatta. Rajbagh is the best location in Srinagar to have a very peaceful and calm stay. Food was excellent. Its a pure veg restaurant full of delights. I loved the ambiance, the decor, the washrooms and everything simple yet elegant about this place.

I will not suggest this hotel to anyone... My experience was very bad.. The TV issue was not resolved even after my repeated complaints. These people do not recharge the cable and when asked by the customer, they make the excuse of technical issue. There are frequent power cuts in the hotel, but despite that, these people do not run the generator on time, so that they can save fuel. Due to the power cut at night, the hotel had become dark and it was difficult to get out of the room. There was no accountability from the hotel for this thing. Guys please don't waste your time and money by booking here, the food here was also bad. If you are taking a package from a travel agent then my advice is not to take this hotel, it is a waste of money.
