The hotel was fine, though really outdated and very noisy (live music until 11 PM). The location is truly ideal! The room (8m²) was fine for me alone.

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the airport and Park & Fly. However, the hotel is in need of better maintenance. Many of the furnishings look old and worn out. The cleanliness was very disappointing—the bed, desk chair, and bathroom were not clean and did not seem properly prepared for guests. We booked the room for four people (two adults and two children), but there were not enough towels provided for everyone. Overall, the location is good, but the cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement.

I asked for a late check-out, hoping for a bit of flexibility. Instead, I was told it would cost $20 per hour—no exceptions. It felt a bit unkind and transactional, especially after an otherwise pleasant stay.

Comfortable and quiet. Late check-in was no problem with good communication from host. I unfortunately arrived late and left early and didn’t get a chance to speak with anyone! (Oh well maybe next time.) Plenty of on street parking, good residential neighborhood close to York area as indicated. I would stay again. Don’t expect a 5 star experience and you won’t be disappointed. Perfect for my needs.

The hotel lobby and room were very clean and offered great amenities, including a microwave, hot water, and complimentary tea and coffee. The complimentary breakfast was also quite good, with a variety of options such as different types of bagels, muffins, spreads, and juices. Additionally, both concierges were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with luggage storage, modifying breakfast options, and more. The service was excellent overall, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

If you are looking for a clean comfortable bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen very close to everything at a reasonable price, this is the place to be. It's not the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination, but it does the job. The check-in staff was courteous and helpful. Next time I am in Toronto, I will definitely book at the Dragon Gate Inn.

Park Motel, Canada, is a decent budget option with a convenient location and basic amenities. While guests appreciate the affordability and cleanliness, some mention that the property is outdated and can be noisy. Overall, it's a suitable choice for short stays if you're looking for value over luxury.
