The hotel service staff is very good, the people of Shandong are very kind, and they are not anxious or impatient. The hotel ordered a really large amount of food. Ssummer0999Well, how should I put it? This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was terrible. After we parked our car there, a security guard in uniform came over. I asked him what he was doing, and he said, ”Don't worry about me, just move your car.” I said, ”What are you doing here? Or at least show us your work ID.” When I asked the front desk what he was doing, he wouldn't say. I asked if he was working for the hotel, but he wouldn't answer either. He was so arrogant. Well, that's it. I'll never stay at this hotel again.
