The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.

The hotel's hardware facilities are very good and suitable for taking photos. However, the quality of the hotel staff is average. There is no concierge when you arrive at the store. The porter does not help to carry the luggage and just watches from the side. I asked the same porter twice before giving the hotel luggage cart, and I had to push it into the hotel by myself. I asked the front desk if I could send the luggage to the room, and the answer was that I had to push the hotel luggage cart upstairs by myself, and the front desk was far from the room. Not very suitable for bringing children or business reception.
