這家酒店真的有點東西！一進門那個大堂，看着就特別高級，最讓我驚喜的是旁邊居然還弄了個小小的會客廳，這也太細節了吧！不管是跟朋友談話還是坐那兒辦公，感覺都特別舒服，小小的私人空間，能看出老闆是真用心了。 而且衞生絕對沒得挑，房間收拾得那叫一個乾淨，服務也是槓槓的，前台小姐姐全程笑眯眯的，辦事麻利又貼心。 對了，還得誇誇他家早餐！種類挺多的，而且味道真不錯，早上吃得飽飽的再出門，一天心情都特別好。總之這次體驗拉滿，下次來還住這兒！

But I feel that an extra bottle of mosquito repellent should be provided. After all, there are still a lot of mosquitoes in the park at night. The child was bitten several times. The best thing is that the staff are very enthusiastic. That kind of enthusiasm is not the professional and polite enthusiasm of ordinary hotels. It is simply the enthusiasm of warm-hearted neighbors. They are all very proactive in providing help and services. For example, they take the initiative to give children small gifts, help take family photos, and help attract giraffes. I don’t know if this enthusiasm is because of the hospitality of Shandong or if the parent-child hotel is just a place full of happiness, haha

Everything excellent about the hotel other than too much solicitation from fitness factory sales reps. The rooms are very specious and clean. Very nice and modern rooms. Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices. Quiet. Fitness equipment everywhere. Right across the only shopping mall in the town, hence convenient. Most important the receptionists are very helpful and confident. Definitely 5 stars.

I stayed at this hotel three years ago and it was a great experience. This time I returned to Beijing from Hangzhou and chose this hotel again. Except that the room facilities are a bit old, other aspects remain the same: the room is very large, the bathroom is clean and smellless, and the bedding is very new. The waiters at the front desk and restaurant are well-trained and have good service awareness, which is commendable. The hotel's parking lot is large and convenient. What I want to talk about in particular is the breakfast, which is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and tastes good. Very satisfied, five stars!

The room is spacious and bright, the service is very good, everyone is warm and thoughtful, the general health situation is OK, but many details are not handled well, the facial cleanser or the solid residue of toothpaste is still left on the sink. The surrounding area is relatively desolate. It seems that there are always big cars passing by when building roads. Fortunately, the windows are not bad. We are quiet on the third floor. It is about 15 minutes' drive from Oulebao Resort and Wanda Plaza, which is more convenient!

Staying at Hualin Manor Hotel felt like stepping back a thousand years. The ancient architecture blends seamlessly with the garden scenery; opening the window reveals pavilions, terraces, and a picturesque lake. The room was elegant and comfortable, with warm and thoughtful solid wood furniture and convenient, practical smart amenities. The service was attentive, and at night, we could enjoy the dazzling night view of Hualin Garden, immersing ourselves in Oriental elegance. It was a delightful and memorable stay. The hotel's proximity to the scenic area was very convenient. I'll definitely bring my elders here for another experience next time.

We changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull. Room is very big and spacious. Well kept overall. Comfortable bed and shower is huge. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Dezhou
