GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, with convenient transportation links making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

MMatjazzzzzAfter my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home.
I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level.
You are not just a customer you are almost like family.
Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect.
2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc.
This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended.
Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

MM370098****Berstden Cinema Apartment is truly excellent. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, with new bedding and a large projection TV, making for a very comfortable stay. Unlike a traditional hotel, it's well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and both hot and cold air conditioning. The staff were very warm, attentive, and efficient. Any requests were handled immediately. The experience was fantastic. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Wanda Plaza, the Xinkai Plaza. The hotel environment is good, high-end and classy. The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

DDan WuangLocated next to Zumiao subway (3mins walk) and only less than 20-25minutes from Shadi Airport which I landed (r18 by Didi)
The hotel despite a bit dated are very conveniently located in ChanCheng District with all the must-go tourist attractions within 8-12minutes walk. The Fosan Lingnan Xintiandi is also 5 minutes walk thus make this location better than ShunDe District.
I chose a room with small 2 windows (w night curtains ) mounted high on the wall facing the walkway thus allowing privacy yet some lights from outside.
Room comes with aircon, TV, kettle, bottled drinks and toiletries but no hand soap (I’m fine with it as I can use the bathing gel to wash my hand). Lots of PowerPoints within the room too.
A all in washing machine to do my laundry and I can hang them at the rooftop. Best of which , the staff actually moved my laundries indoor when I rained even though I was not in the hotel. Bravo and Thumb Up for the excellent services.
I came for furniture shopping and it take me only 20mins or r17-r20 to reach the furniture wholesaler in Shunde.
It is only 10-30mins to the 3 railway stations too thus Didi rides only cost less than r20 if you are heading to another city. Subway is 3 minutes walk on the right side of the hotel if you prefer that mode of transportation.
I will definitely stay here again when I’m back for furniture shopping.
Lastly checkout time is 15:00hour which is extremely helpful.

GGuest UserThis was a most interesting experience for me as all arrangements were made by WeChat. When I arrived at the hotel reception room on the 10th floor, there was a QR code to scan with WeChat and that connected us with hotel management. They walked me through the check-in and assigned me a room on the 14th floor, giving me the code for the key-less entry device on the door. Each morning I would get a message from the management, asking if I needed anything or if the room needed to be cleaned. Requested service and items were delivered in a timely manner.
The room itself was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, there was a small refrigerator and clothes washer, as well as a large storage unit, suitable for hanging clothes and storing luggage. There were two large windows in the corner room, giving two different views from the 14th floor.
The location of the hotel made it easy to find once you knew what to look for. Arriving by F1 subway to Wanhua Station (stop 20) I used exit A and came out with a clear view of the 7-11 store, through which you need to go to get to the elevators. There is also a mall within a couple of doors from the 7-11 which offers lots of restaurants with delicious food selections.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe hygiene was quite good. Although the room wasn't very big, everything, including the toiletries, was disposable, clean, and very hygienic. The service attitude was also excellent and relatively standardized. The only downside is that the amenities might be a bit basic, and there might be KTV noise at night, but I was so tired I fell asleep immediately.

TTriantropicI often stay at this hotel when I need to get around Foshan. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My room was equipped with everything I needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well. There was even a kettle and an extra fan. I also needed to wash some clothes... The staff assigned me this room, which had a small refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine in the bathroom. The surrounding area is well-connected. The bus stop and subway station are just a few meters away!
