The lobby is spacious and grand, making it a very presentable place to wait or conduct discussions. The guest rooms are generously sized and don't feel cramped, featuring a full suite of smart control devices, so you can manage lights and curtains from the comfort of your bed. The high-floor view rooms offer a stunning panorama of Shunde Peak, which is perfect for unwinding after a long work day. The location is a huge plus: close to the subway and highway, and equipped with charging stations, making commutes and client pickups very convenient. The hotel also boasts professional meeting rooms, ensuring a respectable and hassle-free experience for conferences and client receptions. The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of dishes, and the hotel has its own dining options, so there's no need to venture out for meals. The surrounding area is well-appointed, with Sam's Club and a pedestrian street within walking distance. In your free time, you can take a stroll around Shunde Peak, and various popular photo spots are just a short drive away. Absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious with a well-designed layout. All the bedding was spotless. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide and nutritious variety, and the gym was noticeably larger than those at several nearby hotels.

Stayed here with my family this time, we booked 4 rooms. Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, only 3 rooms were ready, and we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the last one. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. After checking in, we noticed a small area on the floor that wasn't perfectly clean, but the cleaning lady promptly took care of it, which was commendable. The location is excellent, with a mall, supermarket, and metro station nearby. Overall, my family was very satisfied with this stay.

XanaDeluxe Hotel Foshan Danzao — A Genuinely Great Stay with One Notable Flaw As someone who spent most of their trip based at the hotel, I can give a pretty thorough take on what it’s actually like to live in this place for a few days. First impressions The lobby sets the tone immediately. It’s clean, well-presented and the staff are genuinely professional. As an English speaker with only basic Mandarin, I was a little nervous about communication, but the front desk team went above and beyond with translation and made me feel completely at ease. That kind of hospitality is hard to fake. The Room My room was impressively clean overall. The only thing I’d flag is the carpet, which felt like it could use a deeper steam clean. Nothing alarming, and perfectly fine with slippers, but worth mentioning. The air conditioning though? Absolutely elite. Strong, reliable and a lifesaver. Facilities The fifth floor amenities are a real highlight. The gym has brand new equipment, fresh towels and complimentary water ready to go. I spent some solid time on the cardio machines and had zero complaints. The laundry room is also genuinely impressive — four washers, four dryers, plenty of seating, steamers and a dedicated ironing area. Very thoughtfully set up. Food The hotel has several dining options on-site. I tried the dim sum and it was solid. Good variety, good quality and a nice atmosphere. The One Thing That Needs Work Wi-Fi. For younger travellers especially, reliable internet is non-negotiable. Whether it was for remote work or just streaming, the speeds were consistently disappointing. Upload and download were both underwhelming. My cellular signal wasn’t great either, but I’d expect the hotel Wi-Fi to compensate for that, not add to the frustration. Final Verdict This is a hotel that genuinely nails the hospitality side of things. It’s clean, the staff are warm and professional, and the facilities are well above average. Sort out the Wi-Fi and this is easily a five-star experience across the board. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Danzao.

The room decor was really old-fashioned. I booked an executive king room, but the amenities were exactly the same as a deluxe king, which didn't match the photos online. There was a musty smell when I first entered the room. The staff later moved me to another room, but it seemed like they had just sprayed air freshener, as the scent was quite strong. The room was very spacious, and the twin bed layout felt uncrowded. The blackout curtains by the floor-to-ceiling window worked wonderfully. The配套设施书桌, chair, wardrobe, and mini-fridge were all available. There was plenty of space for luggage, and the lighting was soft and not harsh, making for a very comfortable night's rest. 🛁 Bathroom: Marble-textured, dry/wet separation – super convenient. The bathroom was a definite highlight. The full marble tile renovation gave it a visually upscale feel. The hotel is situated in the core area of Daliang. It's an 8-minute walk to Jinbang Street and Beidi Temple, where you can try Huanji Milk and local snacks. Right downstairs at the entrance is a long-standing bamboo noodle shop, and the hotel's second floor features a dim sum Chinese restaurant. You can enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum in the morning without having to go far. Whether you're visiting Qinghui Garden and Huagai Road during the day or going out for a late-night snack, getting around is incredibly easy. ✨ Extra Bonus Details: 1. Excellent soundproofing in the room; corridor and outdoor noise were almost imperceptible, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 2. Complete facilities, stable TV and WiFi signals, ample charging outlets, and a landline phone on the bedside table. 3. The hotel service was gentle and courteous, and check-in was efficient. 4. Great value for money; the room was spacious, and hygiene standards were high. It's definitely a top choice for a short trip to Shunde. I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!
