GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and a convenient shuttle service is also available. The rooms were clean. It's located right by a small river, and the town is full of Russian charm. The Painting Village, churches, and other attractions are all within walking distance. The train station itself is also very distinctive.

AAnonymous UserThe yard was very clean, the room was new, odorless, clean and tidy, the floor heating temperature could be adjusted by yourself, and I had a very comfortable sleep. The river in front of the door was very thickly frozen, and there were people setting off fireworks on the river at night. Recommended!

__WeChat263568****Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill.
The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere.
The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

SStellayiyi1772The hotel I stayed at when I crossed the border from Suifenhe to Russia had a very generous breakfast and a very unique and nice room. I would recommend it. It's not far from the train station, but it's a bit difficult to get by by bus; it's about a 1.6-kilometer walk. The room was very elegant and boutique, and I was very satisfied.

GGuest UserI came to Hengdaohezi for a long time. I also chose Xinya Hotel for a long time in terms of accommodation. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the hygiene was great, and the boss’s service attitude was very good. The most consequential thing was that I didn’t step on thunder. We are not familiar with the route boss and carefully divided the route for us, where we need to pay attention. The next day we also played splashing water into ice, the boss also told us the best location haha, in short, a very pleasant stay experience, there is nothing wrong with choosing Xinya Hotel, recommended!

Hygiene: The room looked clean to the naked eye, but it was not cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. There were a lot of debris floating around. When I woke up in the morning, both my phone screens were covered with it. When I went to bed at night, I would feel itchy on my face and body.
Environment/Transportation: Two minutes walk from the train station, good soundproofing in the room.
Service: The front desk service is enthusiastic. The staff quality is high.

GGuest UserI didn't originally stay at this hotel, but because the room I booked was sold out, Ctrip customer service called me to arrange a new room for me, and I didn't have to pay the price difference. Home Inns are clean, tidy and comfortable. I will continue to choose Ctrip next time I travel.

WwwftonyThe exterior looks ordinary and the facilities are a bit shabby, but for this price, I don't think there is anything to complain about. Personally, I think the beds are relatively neat and clean, and there is free WiFi, which is unexpected. The customer service was a new guy, his skills needed to be improved, and he couldn't provide passenger information. There was only one bus to Vladivostok a day, and I checked out at 7 o'clock, but I had to wait at the station until 1:30. Overall good

PPJ DebandinaThe owner is very kind. Even though I don't speak Chinese, we will able to communicate by using Wechat. The location of the property is about 8-10 minute walk to Harbin Railway Station. Heilongjiang Provincial Musuem is also walking distance. And Carrefour is about 10 minute walk of you want to buy groceries.
Hot water is present. And the bed is comfortable. Highly recommended for the price I paid.
