The pictures are 100% accurate and perfectly reflect the actual condition of the hostel. Everything is genuinely new, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. There are no misleading photos or unpleasant surprises upon arrival - what you see online is exactly what you will find when you check in. Despite having only a small number of reviews, I believe this is mainly because the hostel is still very new. You can immediately notice that almost everything inside is new and extremely well maintained. The cleanliness is outstanding. I have stayed in more than 100 hostels around the world, and this is honestly one of the cleanest hostels I have ever experienced, if not the cleanest. Another thing that deserves special mention is the facilities available to guests. The hostel has a refrigerator, which is surprisingly uncommon in many hostels. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your own meals if you prefer. A dining area with a table is available as well, making it comfortable to sit down and eat. The hostel also provides free laundry facilities. Washing detergent is included, so you can do your laundry at no extra cost. There is even a dedicated area where you can hang your clothes to dry afterwards, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers and backpackers. The hostel is located on the 25th floor and offers fantastic views of the city. It is also very quiet, making it a great place to rest after a day of exploring. The host is an incredibly kind and caring woman who genuinely looks after her guests. She checks on your arrival, asks about your travel plans, gives recommendations on what to see in the city, and even suggests local food and dishes to try. You can really feel that she wants every guest to have a pleasant stay. Although she does not speak English, communication is still surprisingly easy thanks to the AI translation available through Trip.com. We had no significant communication problems during my stay. If the owner continues improving her English over time, I honestly believe this could become one of the best hostels in Nanning. She has a genuinely kind heart, and her hospitality is exceptional. I will remember this stay for a very long time. It was one of the best hostel experiences I have ever had, and I would happily stay here again.

The housekeeping lady, in particular, was very nice and ensured that my room was immaculate and well-stocked. What truly impressed me, however, was the staff's willingness to go above and beyond. They consistently exceeded my expectations, making me feel valued and appreciated. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are cozy, and the amenities are excellent. In short, my stay at Aizhu Hotel was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming experience.

A wonderful surprise for couples! The room was cozy, the bedding was soft, and the night view was stunning. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful. The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

Let's start with the positives: the location is truly excellent, the room size is quite comfortable, and the service was decent. However, the downsides are also very apparent. It's noticeably old and dated, which I somewhat anticipated given the opening year. While I can accept older facilities, what I can't overlook is the state of the bath towels – they were black, stiff, and frayed. The fact that they haven't been replaced really made using them an unpleasant experience.

the hotel is conveniently located next to the main road. the subway entrance is just beside the hotel. our online purchases are signed by the front desk before we arrived at the hotel. that is very convenient. the staff is friendly and efficient. the room does not have windows and is beside the laundry room and lift, but sound proofing is still ok. the room is spacious and cozy, the bed is comfortable. the bathroom separation is great. there are many power outlets for charging our devices. there are also many lightning controls to suit the needs of lighting usage.

Location is perfect: Right at the South Plaza exit level, so no need to drag luggage on the street. It's a 3-minute walk to the entrance and Metro Line 1. • Comfortable room: The bedding is soft, the massage shower is very relaxing, and the 55-inch OLED TV is clear. The room has no strange smells and the soundproofing is good. • Attentive service: The front desk staff (a young lady) was efficient and proactively reminded me about luggage storage and noise periods. She was very responsive to all requests. • Bonus points: Free self-service laundry and dryer, which is a must-have for long trips; breakfast includes noodles and congee, with great local flavors. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanning. Highly recommended! Just a small suggestion: The mirror in the shower area is transparent, directly overlooking the toilet. This compromises privacy, and I hope the hotel will take guest feedback seriously and improve this detail. I believe it would make the stay even more perfect!
