這家店在墨脱縣城裡位置比較高，屬於居民自建樓，這個老闆有兩棟樓，房間較多，裝修時間不長，乾淨衞生。 基礎設施都有（沒有電視機，有空調），房間較大，有個小廚房（灶台無灶，一個水池、插座），可以做飯（廚具可以找老闆借）。 裝修風格極簡，一張1.5米床，蓋具較薄（空調給力） 類似於城市裡的出租房，但是乾淨、較新。 老闆人不錯，熱心幫忙。 選擇這個店，是因為在墨脱普遍高物價的情況下，這個店價格較低，且乾淨。
