"Mine was just night stay for one night. booking was easy. location was easy by taking 3 wheelers. it's nearby to palace. room was adequate for too. Cozy beds with night well slept. Rooms are not sound proof. outside corridor noise can be heard till midnight. Hotel service personals were good and tender welcome. Good cleanliness."

GGuest UserRoom are good and situated in high way. Enquiried at reception about break fast timing on 09. 07. 2023 at 07. 30 am. They replied that it will be available from 07. 30 am to 10 am. Free break fast is not up to mark. Only one item was available at restaurant. We went for break fast by around 09. 30 am on 09. 07. 2023. No coffee was available with break fast. Hence we ordered through room service and paid 100 rupees for four coffee. Room was good and it deserve 4 star rating. Room service and free break fast option deserves 1 star rating

GGuest UserThe rooms and toilet were clean, without any foul smell. Bedsheets washed, toilet sanitized. There is a 24 x 7 hot water supply for the bath. Filtered drinking water is available. A comb, a medimix soap and clik shampoo was given. On demand bath towels, dinner plates are also available. The hotel is at a prime location with mysore palace within walkable distance. Parking space will be provided but needs juggling between multiple tight spots as it is a busy street. Television with limited channels is available. The bed and pillow are comfortable, but not queen size. It's a bit smaller and space is enough for a couple and can't sleep comfortably with a baby. Coming to the negatives, the toilet faucet needs fixing. It has a very low powered water jet and sprays in all directions. There is literally no cupboard, which was a huge let down. There is a very good lift, but the doors are faulty and closed in on me twice, hit me and opened again. There is no door mat, which makes the room quite messy easily(bath mat is provided. No images

GGuest UserHotel is normal, location is successful, close to all shops and cafes, yoga studios, but not in the center of events, from 23.00 to 5 a.m. quietly, at the rest of the time very noisy, as the hotel on the road. Very responsive staff ready to help in any matter, don't be shy to ask, but English isn't spoken practically. There is a common kitchen on the roof with a refrigerator, gas plates, washing machine (very old and it is necessary to follow it, so it didn't use) and some dishes.
I got a room with windows in 30-40 cm from the neighboring house, so it was very dark and crude even in the day, in the bathroom when the settlement found occupiers and packaging from the shampoo on the window, cleaning for 4 days did not offer. Maybe I was not lucky with the room, of course I should look at the settlement. In the closet too there were dirty spots that had to wipe. Water is hot not all day, according to my observations: from 8-9 morning to 12-13 day only, as it works so I didn't understand.
In general, it's all right, but you should pay attention to cleaning and look at the room at the settlement. Seeing the neighboring rooms looked decent.

Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.

GGuest UserLocation and room was good.....but there is no space in bathroom.....and the service was very poor....I told receptionist 2 times to send menu card in my room but he didn't responded.... after 2 hour waiting then I ordered my food from zomato... they turn off their AC...when I call him then hi switch it on...there is no towel in room and not provided water in our room.

GGuest UserLocation of the hotel is at the prime centre of the city, check in procedures was simple, amenities are not good enough old toilet, old taps old bucket and cup and there is no shower, there are stain marks on the bed sheet and pillow cover but every thing looks clean, a restaurant is in the ground floor it is very over priced and not tasty it is better to order food online and eat it in the room.
