"The hotel and staff were friendly and the hotel itself was good, but there are problems with the website that lists the hotel! First, the hotel name, ”Kaji Hotel Nukui Shimanami,” is incorrect. The correct name is ”COZY Hotel Nukui Shimanami.” It doesn't say that the rooms don't have a toilet, bath, or sink. I think it should be stated upfront if they're missing. The fact that amenities other than toothbrushes are extra is also not shown on the website, and I only found out at check-in. I might use the hotel again in the future, but I will not book through this website again. I've also deleted the app."

"I visited this capsule hotel on a solo trip and it's close to the station and has a hot spring! Even though it was reasonably priced, there were multiple types of hot springs and saunas, so it was great to be able to soothe the fatigue of my travels! After the hot spring, I relaxed in the open space and read my favorite manga, or had a massage in a massage chair.It was a very fulfilling experience and I would like to stay here again when I visit Imabari again!"
