2-Star Hotels in Cagayan De Oro

So far, it’s fine. Near malls and 7/11 which made my stay convenient. The only thing is the shower, pressure is too low. I think the shower head’s clogged that’s why it’s only streaming a small amount of water. I hope it will be resolve.

I would say the overall check-in process and stay were good. Since we are mostly outside for work, we were able to get to relax when we stayed in our room. It's also nice that they extend their hand by messaging us to confirm the booking.

The condotel itself is nice, and the location is very convenient. It’s in a busy area with lots of food options and establishments nearby, so there’s no shortage of places to eat. However, there are a few downsides. The hotel is right beside the highway, so it can be really noisy, especially at night. We woke up several times because of the loud motorcycles passing by. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to consider. For the breakfast, I had read in a prior booking review that they only provide breakfast from Jollibee, which is why we didn’t get a breakfast inclusion when we booked. I also asked the reception directly during our stay if they offer breakfast, and they confirmed that they do not have their own breakfast service and that breakfast is sourced from Jollibee. The housekeeping staff was also not very friendly. Whenever we asked for something, they seemed annoyed, and they didn’t really smile or show much warmth when interacting with guests. This was one area where we felt the service could definitely be improved. On the other hand, the reception staff and manager were accommodating. They were willing to help whenever we asked for suggestions, especially regarding transportation and places to visit. Overall, the condotel itself and the location are good, but the road noise and our experience with some of the housekeeping staff affected our stay. With better soundproofing and more welcoming housekeeping service, the overall experience could be much better.

I need to take a coach from agora station so the location is superb. The room is ok for me because the aircon is cold enough, the shower though not strong but has warm water flowing. Soap is given, the other amenities u can buy in market city. Wifi is good. A good basic room for that affordable price. It s just good for resting, no other services. Keep up the good work win min inn.. keep it clean. Maybe a new coat of paint soon.

It was a great experience with them. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is good enough for a solo traveller. The location is great! Nearby malls, and parks. I really enjoyed staying there. Definitely It is highly recommended to all travellers visiting Cagayan de Oro.

The overall experience is good. No problems at all. Just a bonus, I want to know the name of the handsome attendant of the hotel. He is the attendant for noon to afternoon shift.

The hot and cold shower was not working. They refused to give us complementary water during our second day even though we told them that we would not be availing the free breakfast because of our early flight.

The hotel is far from CGY Airport, about an hour's drive, and the taxi fee is RMB 110-135. The air conditioning effect is good, but the bath towels are a bit old and black, which is worrying. Sound insulation is a flaw. Even if you live on the third floor, you can clearly hear the sound of cars on the road. You need noise reduction headphones to fall asleep. Breakfast provides a box of different tastes, the taste is acceptable, the cockroach is a bit cold. The front desk staff was warm and free water and coffee were provided on the first floor.
