Amazing
GGuest UserThe landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home.
We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.
GGuest UserA good location, everything was nice and clean and it's definitely disabled friendly(I'm not disabled myself). Our room had an easy access shower, with a chair, and hand rails(the toilet as well).
We got the breakfast and it was very good, just enough options to satisfy you. There was also a little convenience shop in there with different snacks.
The gym is well equipped and there is a swimming pool room with a nice sized pool and a hottub.
AAnonymous UserI am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel.
. I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me âhot tubâ such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. Â So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didnât know. And then she asked meâ donât u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.â So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really donât know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

GGuest UserI booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)
GGuest UserThe building and facilities are very clean, and the breakfast area has a pleasant atmosphere with a nicely presented food selection. Overall, it was excellent.
One small note: the staff sometimes seemed a bit rushed to take away forks and knives. A little more time would be appreciated.
Overall, itâs a great hotel for families.
And a funny moment â my Cheetos got stuck in the vending machine, and because my English is limited, I ended up giving up đ
HHuhu01Stayed at the Holiday Inn Calgary Airport (IHG). The location is very convenient for the airport and surrounding routes, and the overall cleanliness of the property was excellentâboth the rooms and common areas were well maintained.
Amenities are fairly basic, so travellers expecting extensive facilities may find them somewhat limited. Unfortunately, the service was on the poorer end of the spectrum during my stay.
One point future guests should be aware of: the booking information on the hotelâs website states that a deposit is required, but it does not clearly specify that this must be provided strictly via credit card. Staff indicated that this policy is standard at hotels worldwide; however, as an experienced traveller, I can confirm that many hotels do in fact accept debit cards for deposits.
To avoid any issues at check-in, make sure you bring a credit card with you.
Overall: great location and cleanliness, basic amenities, but service and clarity around deposit policies could certainly be improved.

The air conditioner is not easy to operate
In the morning, I want to make a coffee with a coffee machine and open the back of the water. It is full of dust. Should this be changed?
Hygienic: The sanitary details are not good, especially the coffee machine is not cleaned, it is all gray
Facilities: New
Environment: Good
Service: cost-effective
BBeimeikuaileJDKDon't stay in the rooms near the equipment on the second floor; it's very noisy. There were also some missing items in the room, but they were quickly taken care of, which was good.
GGuest UserWe were a tad alarmed when we first walked into the lobby as there was construction going on in both the lobby and breakfast area. That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.
