Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. I stayed here while attending a summer school at the University of Bern and found it to be a very good location, a nice walk through the city to get to the university, and right next to the river not far from an area where you can keep a towel then walk up river to jump in for a swim. The hostel breakfast was quite good and the mattress was very comfortable so that I slept quite well while here. My roommates were also academics here for a conference, so good roommates. The only complaint is that there were a lot of school groups or something, so lots of noisy, squeaky tweens running around.

Location was great. The train station at your doorstep. Staff were helpful. I voiced my concern about heating and a light that was blinking and all concerns were addressed quickly. All in all, a great stay and staff were well trained and based on my conversations with them, they had been working there for a long time, hence the knowledge and level of service. One thing though, is that the lighting in the room could be improved; that would be really helpful for those coming on business trips and working on their laptops.

Three-star hotel in a big city. The standard room is not big, the law is quite satisfactory, the decoration is aesthetic...but it is still comfortable and there is no smell in the room. Breakfast is OK, better than the Samsung hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, um, for the Chinese, it is OK. It is convenient to take public transportation to the clock tower in the city center by 2 stops. Confirm with the hotel in advance that you can book a paid parking space, about 16 Swiss francs a day. Amenities are only hand soap (it says that they can also be used as body soap and shampoo), so you need to bring it yourself. Tram 3A is closer to the station to the hotel. Bus 10 and tram 3A are also a little far from the station, so be careful. A free ticket email for Bern was sent about the day before. Download the app. It was very good. This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

I booked the most basic room. I thought it would be small before I checked in, but it was perfectly adequate. Transportation is also very convenient. The hotel is connected to the train station via bus number 10 and the 3A bus, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The service was excellent, with free coffee and tea. There was also free drinking water in the hallway. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and very clean. It was even better than the Marriott I stayed at in Barcelona!
