AAnonymous UserIt's just a few minutes from the train station. Bern isn't big; you can get around easily. The hotel is very nice, and the service is excellent! There are many restaurants nearby, as well as several Coop and other supermarkets.

DDaniel IvanThe rooms and facilities were immaculate and the buffet breakfast has all you could possibly want and all super fresh. The staff were super helpful and made arrangements to move a fellow roomie who wasn’t in a good mental or physical space with no hesitation. Would definitely come back here again.
Also, I realised after my stay that I was due a 15% discount because I had an EURail pass so make sure you use that if you have one and are booking

There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping.
The hotel didn't give me the transportation ticket in advance, so I spent dozens of francs when I first arrived.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not big but has complete facilities, clean and tidy environment, and pleasant view outside the window. Every service staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is unexpectedly delicious. Although the restaurant is not big, the food variety and taste are well selected. Parking is convenient and free, which is super friendly to self-driving travelers.

1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes
2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage.
3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good
4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot.
5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same.
6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street
Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very environmentally friendly as a whole, providing many carbon reduction solutions. The front desk is very welcoming and very good. There are also many choices for breakfast (it is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I have eaten a variety of cakes. It is delicious and the location is very close to the station square.

SSarah MicWall too thin I heard my neighbor snoring all night. Window open in the room so full of mosquitoes and this morning at 8 a.m. woken up by the super loud sound of the theater. Horrible experience I will not return.
