The hotel is right by the road, making parking very convenient. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room! Our room had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and was very comfortable. The oxygen supply system was a real lifesaver, so no worries about altitude sickness. The Cantonese restaurant next door was pretty good too, with authentic ingredients and reasonable prices – definitely a safe bet. A special heads-up for anyone traveling with an electric car: absolutely avoid the 'Lv Chong Chong' charging station nearby. It's a scam! You have to pre-load money to charge, but after you top up, it just shuts down and won't charge. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Be very careful!

The decoration of the homestay is very good, the arrival of the homestay is very warm, and the floor heating is very powerful! Because my friend has always been a bit high, if the living is very cold, the high reaction is more serious! So you must live in the floor heating ➕ oxygen production is good! Hot water is also very powerful! The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage to the room! Originally planned to leave the next day, I didn't stay in Litang, the homestay was great and stayed for another day! The surrounding facilities are all, the coffee shops are all ～ There is also a beautiful place to take pictures around, go there and punch the card!

Comfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value.

I've been here many times, but this was my first time staying at Norbulingka Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest. Anyway, I give it a five-star review. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Litang. I hope my review can help others in need.

The new rooms in the villa are really well-decorated! They're not even on booking platforms yet, but they're much nicer and more comfortable than the old ones. They even have an air purifier and humidifier combo, which shows how thoughtful the owner is. Plus, they've installed elevators on both floors. Definitely recommend!

The location is excellent and parking is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, the facilities are very new, and the smart toilet and floor heating experience are great. The most important thing is that the diffuse oxygen supply effect is very good, it is very helpful to alleviate the high reaction, the front desk service is also very warm, cost-effective, recommended to stay!

Free parking is available at the entrance of the hotel. The Tibetan-style room I booked is gorgeous and beautiful, with a heater, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. There is free breakfast, which is a bit simple. The main point is that the altitude here is 3900 meters. It is recommended to bring your own oxygen cylinder. There is an oxygen concentrator in the room, but the output of oxygen is too small. The room is too big, and the oxygen concentrator is not very effective. You will still have a headache due to altitude sickness, so it is better to bring your own oxygen cylinder.

The views are absolutely stunning; you can see snow-capped mountains right from the hotel's entrance. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and even the single beds are spotless. I particularly appreciated the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas. The owner was incredibly warm and attentive. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!

The room in this B&B is the best place I have stayed in this time. The service attitude is good, the hygiene is very clean, and the bathroom is the most comfortable. The toiletries are complete, the slippers are very comfortable, and the equipment in the room is complete. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the room. Outside is their outdoor camping site. There is also a bonfire party restaurant where you can go to eat at any time in the evening. There is free oxygen supply in the room, which is worth experiencing.
