GGuest UserThis trip with three elderly guests turned out to be the warmest experience we've ever had on Meizhou Island!
I booked two sea-view rooms, each with a terrace offering unobstructed ocean views. My elders could simply sit and watch the tides rise and fall without any hassle.
We checked in on the 14th day of the first ***** month, and I was worried about the elderly guests' mobility issues getting around to meals. However, the landlady was incredibly thoughtful. She had her brother take me to the market on an electric scooter to buy seafood while the elderly guests rested and enjoyed the view. That evening, she even took us to see the local village's Mazu welcoming and sending-off ceremony—a truly authentic experience of Mazu culture, filled with the sounds of gongs and drums, the aroma of incense, and dazzling fireworks. This genuine immersion in Mazu culture is something tourists can't find on their own.
Even more heartwarming was her thoughtfulness. Seeing that my mother had knee problems, she offered her some knee ointment. The next day, when the weather turned cold, she brought my father a jacket so he could wear it to the pier across the water to return it to the Mazu liaison office. These small gestures deeply touched us.
The rooms were clean, conveniently located, and offered beautiful views, but what we remembered most was the landlady's warm hospitality.
Meizhou Island boasts beautiful scenery and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this guesthouse when traveling to Meizhou Island.

GGuest User臨時臨的休假決定帶二娃去湄洲島，從小紅書上搜，都是各種避雷、各種軟廣。衹能自己在平台上盲選，沒想到這家真的超級超級超級乾淨！！！！！！房間內有農夫山泉水，豐富的中式早餐太符合我的胃口了。還有個大院子，島上很多民宿是沒有院子的哦。民宿是一個超好的女老闆負責管理的，老闆的媽媽負責內業，慈眉善目，和藹可親；老闆的爸爸負責外業，服務超細心，主動拿行李，上島、離島開車接送。四樓陽台可以洗曬衣服，還能看到海，每次在陽台上都能和其他遊客聊上幾句，大家都很nice。暑假小朋友也多，早上吃個飯都能玩到一起去😂。民宿位置也超級好，出門左拐走一小小段路就能到海邊，右拐到街上也很近，各種好吃好喝的。可以直接在民宿租電瓶車，我們去的幾天都是陰天和多雲，不曬，騎個車子環島很方便。睡眠淺的人建議避開靠樓梯的房間，就怕遇到有的小孩子沒有輕重，跑上跑下，有點吵。#衞生布草是專業的洗滌店清洗的、房間衞生是保潔阿姨打掃的。衞生程度起碼有4星酒店的標準。#服務很貼心，有家的感覺。#位置交通除了不是海景房，位置絕佳，到哪裡都方便，閉着眼住吧！#房間設施床很舒服，窗簾也很遮光。#早餐豆漿、油條、粥、包子、燒賣、雞蛋、小菜、蔬菜等等，很豐富。

The most correct decision on this trip to Weizhou Island was to choose Hemu B&B. She will also provide free sea-catching tools and electric cars, so that the journey is full of convenience and surprises. Breakfast is carefully prepared home-cooked delicious, rice cakes, noodle paste are endless aftertaste.

Right next to one of the entrances to Ewei Sea Erosion Geopark is the beach, where you can watch the sunrise.
Opposite the B&B is the Ewei Xi'an Cafe, which has a great location for watching the sunset.

Rent an electric bike and ride from here to the Mazu Temple in the south, a ten-kilometer journey with very beautiful scenery.

WW_HanAlthough the layout is a bit dated, it doesn't affect my stay one bit. The lobby is comfortable to hangout, room is spacious, breakfast is adequate, and free use of washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided is much appreciated. The hotel's location is also fantastic as the city bus terminal is directly next to the hotel.
The best part is the ever so friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to breakfast room to housekeeping.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel, and it's in a great location with excellent service. The room was newly renovated with full voice control, making it feel very high-end and luxurious. It was also spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and parking was free. It's very close to Wanda Plaza, so getting around is super convenient. This will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Putian.
