This was by far the most delightful stay of our trip. Staying in an old house within an ancient village offered a truly unique experience. The room itself was thoughtfully modernized to suit contemporary guests, and yes, it really, really, really had a smart toilet! 🚽 We had dinner at the guesthouse both nights, ordering from the owner. While the prices were a little higher than outside, the ingredients were exquisite, the preparation was refined, and the dining atmosphere was wonderfully atmospheric. The food itself was very satisfying. (I absolutely loved the tofu, which is apparently a local specialty). Also, when you're exploring the village, don't forget to say hello to the local dogs! 🐶 They're all very friendly, and we became good pals with them over our two-day stay.

The most direct impact was that I decided to stay one more night on the spur of the moment and experienced the loft upstairs and downstairs. The location of the B&B is very good. I heard that it is the earliest B&B. It is not in the scenic area, the mountain road is easier to drive, parking is convenient, the layout is very literary, the environment is very quiet, suitable for slow life! The breakfast is very good, especially the corn and sweet potatoes, it is so delicious! It is not as far as Songzhuang Village, and it is not as congested as Chenjiapu Village and Yangjiatang Village. But it is very close to Chenjiapu Village, and it is only a 20-minute drive to the old town. It is very pet-friendly. You can go to the restaurant and Grandpa's coffee shop with us. The breakfast is light and delicious, and the farmhouse is full of flavor. The viewing platform of the homestay is super suitable for drinking tea in a daze. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Chenjiapu, which is much more convenient than driving. When I come back, I will choose this homestay, the first choice for Songyang vacation.
